Truck had mechanical problems which isn't a reflection on the pickup location. Overall, I'd give the pickup location 5 stars and U-Haul 1 star.

I ordered an appliance dolly and was only given a utility dolly, which was not useful at all, and you still charge me the appliance dolly price. The lady at the front desk was unfamiliar with the process and i had to wait half an hour to pick up the truck. Had to drive 5 miles more to another uhaul spot to get the appliance dolly only to be told they dont have one. A meh experience.
Zhichao Zthe lock is not the easiest to work with the cargo door down. not a lot of wiggle room in there. other than that, truck was fine
Joseph DPick up took forever and truck made weird noises/previous renter’s supplies were left in truck.
Sydney PIt was a Chevron gas station and no one there knew how to handle the rental. Very upset by this experience.
Brad AWe couldn’t even use the uhaul because the back had a lock on it and I wasn’t given the code to the lock. I called all the people the recommend and no one could help me or give me the code. Overall terrible experience.
