The truck is very old but overall works ok. The staff inside the store are really lacking in customer service skills. They seemed bothered to have to help or answer a question - one kid literally had no idea what to do when I brought keys back. I rented from the same location twice (once in July and once in August). The grounds where they keep the trucks are a mess. Garbage, old pipes, plastic, etc. Not a real pleasant area. Both times I rented, the safe move insurance was added to my receipt, even though I declined all coverage. It was removed both times, but I should not have to spend time to get a refund for something that I never asked for.

It was NOT at all what I was expecting. The only reason I ended up picking up my truck from this location is because Uhaul moved my reservation here at the last minute. It was somewhat of a disaster. The location was fine, but they did not have all the equipment I requested. Uhaul had to split my reservation to accommodate that fact. I did NOT get any of the supplies I ordered and had to call Uhaul back after my move to get that refunded. I have no issue with this location, just Uhaul at this point.

David CTruck had mechanical problems which isn't a reflection on the pickup location. Overall, I'd give the pickup location 5 stars and U-Haul 1 star.
Benjamin MI ordered an appliance dolly and was only given a utility dolly, which was not useful at all, and you still charge me the appliance dolly price. The lady at the front desk was unfamiliar with the process and i had to wait half an hour to pick up the truck. Had to drive 5 miles more to another uhaul spot to get the appliance dolly only to be told they dont have one. A meh experience.
Zhichao Zthe lock is not the easiest to work with the cargo door down. not a lot of wiggle room in there. other than that, truck was fine
Joseph DPick up took forever and truck made weird noises/previous renter’s supplies were left in truck.
Sydney PIt was a Chevron gas station and no one there knew how to handle the rental. Very upset by this experience.
Brad AWe couldn’t even use the uhaul because the back had a lock on it and I wasn’t given the code to the lock. I called all the people the recommend and no one could help me or give me the code. Overall terrible experience.
