Tobias littleI gave my credit card information over the phone to pay for my reservation, when we arrived we were told the reservation was NOT paid for and payment was not in the computer ( my card was charged a holding fee for payment ) so we had to use another payment method. They need to train their employees better on taking reservations !

Brad VANEGDOMThe lady that helped us was very nice, however this was the THIRD location that we had to go to. The first one didn’t have a truck for us and we were never called, the second one that we were sent to was closed, and then we finally got here. We were suppose to get back with the uhaul at 8:30 but didn’t get back til almost 11. Because of these issues we lost 2.5 hours of packing time. We also had to call more people to help us so we could use there car to move since we got a smaller truck than we reserved. We also had to use more gas in our own car and in the uhaul than we planned which is even more frustrating considering gas prices currently. Overall this experience was awful and we spent more money than planned.

VICTOR COMBSOnce you complete the paperwork, you must drive to the location we’re the trucks are kept. My pickup time was 9:00, but I was not done until almost 10:00. The full level on the truck was off by a 1/4 tank.

Bob LittleTerrible experience. I was charged the incorrect amount and the location was unable to resolve despite several calls to Uhaul. I spent 2 hours trying to return the truck. As of now, I still have a completely incorrect $459 pending as a hold in my account and no assurance it will go away on top of paying the correct amount owed (due to extra mileage). Completely unacceptable. I missed time from work for something that should've taken 15 minutes.

Ken PowersYou need to have people be more accountable for the reservations and don't have so many loopholes switchings and putting people in different area. When you transfer someone for another department make sure that that is the Department of your transfer it in not like happened to my cell that every time that we transfer it was a different stay or different area

Jim KesteronThey lied about me not filling up the gas tank, they did not have the dolly I'd reserved in the truck and no one was available when I returned it so that I could see what they were putting down as the results of my rental. A $75 rental ended up costing me $186.51!!! OUTRAGEOUS
Valerie D'Agostino1. Website did not work, links not working, wouldn't allow editing. Sign-in and express check in didn't work. 2. Price: I was charge a lot more than quoted price. Weekend milege was higher than what I was quoted. I had to go with larger vehicle since one I wanted wasn't available. Then I received 2 different contract via email at different prices. Emails didn't show up until 12 hours after purchase. The whole experience was unexceptable and painful.
