They gave me a smaller truck than I booked and I had to accept it because I didn't have enough time. In addition, I forgot sunglasses worth approximately $800, and when I returned in the morning, they told me that there was nothing there. In short, a very bad experience. I will not repeat it with you in any of your company branches, and I will advise anyone I know not to deal with you.

Count your furniture pads. I asked for 12 (2 bags of 6), and got 1 bag of 7. Good that I wasn't charged for the ones I didn't get at drop off.

The person who handed over the truck to me didn’t explain a few things properly. Looks like he was least bothered. Also I am not sure how much he marked the fuel on the truck. I returned the truck with the exact same amount and I was charged an extra 10 dollors. I have a picture of the gas reading too.

Moving day is stressful no matter how much you plan for it. Samuel (sp?) was great to deal with and that friendly start to the day made a world of difference. Will definitely use his location again when the need for a truck arises. -JC

Second time I have dropped a Uhaul off here after 9:00 PM on a Saturday. Easy both time! Staff were great. Even unlocked the truck after I forgot my wallet in it. 10/10.

You could be more honest. I was ripped off & charged $27.17 for gas when I put $15.00 in the tank. There was a dispute over 2 km and we were charged as though we had not put any gas back in the truck. The dispute I started was never completed. I did not receive a callback. I will never use uhaul again and make a point of warning others not to use it as well.

Had a rental starting at 9am, there was no one there until 9:15am. Same thing at drop-off, I dropped it off at 3:30pm and there was no one there even though its open till 4pm. U-haul app is terrible couldn't even login, however I was at least able to use the website on my phone to self-return the truck. Truck worked, nothing special. Rate is fairly high for $/km especially considering that you have to pay for your own gas.

Vehicles are extremely dirty inside and outside. Location is very small and only one person working. Unauthorized charges in my final bill were never justified.

I rented a 15 ft U-Haul truck, and at first, everything appeared fine. The guy at the desk, although friendly and professional, mentioned the truck was out of gas. He promised a 35% discount if I returned it with at least a quarter tank of fuel, which I did, filling it to just under half. But when I came back, things went downhill. The truck was dirty inside, and although we tried to sweep it, we couldn’t fully clean it. The guy got very angry, used the F-word several times, and threw the truck key on the ground. He even threatened a $500 charge for not washing the truck. This was shocking and inappropriate, especially in front of my older colleague from construction. In our industry, it’s normal for vehicles to get a bit dirty. The usual response is a cleaning fee, not hostility. Despite the discount, I ended up paying more than I did for a previous rental of a larger 26 ft truck, even though my mileage was less this time. There was no parking available when I returned, adding to my frustration. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend getting all details about the vehicle and the rental terms upfront from this U-Haul location, as the staff member didn’t seem trustworthy. This has been my worst experience with the company so

Amazing service although there was only one employee in the morning. Also when returning the vehicle it was difficult to find parking but u haul employees found solutions to the problems. Overall it was great experience despite the challenges of the renting from this small location. I would recommend to a friend if they live downtown and can’t got to larger u haul dealership with more employees and with ample parking space.

The rep wasn’t at the location when we arrived for our reservation. We waited in the pouring rain for someone to finally show up. The sealant between the back doors was falling off and during the storm, water came in and covered the floor of the van. We had to put our stuff in wet conditions. Not impressed AT ALL.

When I first arrived, noone was in the office despite it still being office hours. I called and waited for the staff Samuel to come down. He asked me to upload my licence and to check my email. I didn't get the email and asked if I could do this instead in person. He completed the rest of the process for me on his phone. He told me I had checked off for a dolly and furniture pads. I told him I had not and he helped uncheck this. He told me there would be $80 charged to me as a deposit, but that I would get this credited back. I signed and then noticed the email above that it was to be sent was not my email! He hadn't bothered checking my name or order info at all and was about to process the wrong order belonging to another customer on my card. This caused my check-in to take a total of 18 minutes of my booking time. When I returned the van, soon after I checked my credit card balance and to my shock 4 charges of $80 were made to my card. Only one of the 4 was credited back, the other 3 were pending charges. I called back and Samuel without letting me speak about it, mentioned how I didn't fill up the gas so I owed a little over $5. Once I told him of the 3 charges to my card, he didn't seem to believe me. I told him to check my account, as the transactions would be there. He the apologized but since he was busy with customers he would have to call me back. He actually never called me back. I had to separately call U Haul customer service and it was a 30 minute call to sort this matter out. I am still pretty upset with the whole ordeal. I have rented from other U-haul locations and they were pretty smooth. This was anything but smooth. I suspect I am not the only customer that has experienced this.

Would not recommend the company to a friend. I made a reservation for 6:15 am for a 15 foot truck to go one way. Went to pick it up that morning only to find out uhaul corporate had changed my reservation to a different location at 10am. At no point in time was I contacted or even asked if this would be ok. I had to be on the road by 11:30 am. If I had taken the truck from the other location at 10 am I would not have had enough time to load everything before I had to leave. It would have also ment my helpers i had arranged to give us a hand would have been standing around costing me money. Luckily the manager at this location wad willing to work with us and let us take a 10 foot truck for the day but it had to be returned the same day. Who ever is incharge of scheduling the reservations for the different locations is incompetent and needs to understand people book a certain time because they are on a time line and that should not be delayed four hours.

I rented a truck on the 31 January I drove 3.4 miles with it I put $20.00 of gaz before bringing back the truck. And you guy change me an extra $29.65 for gaz. I don’t know why???? Request a refund . Thank you

Help provide this location with more moving supplies and dollies. The rental was great and the staff too but by the time I had my appointment all supplies had been rented out to other customers in the morning. Even though I had reserved in my booking dollies and wanted to buy moving tarps, none were available for me. The location itself is very convenient and right next to a gas station.

I booked an appliance dolly and a dozen moving blankets. On moving day I showed up to pick up my truck, moving blankets and dolly and the location did not have any. I was then sent to 2 different U haul locations to pick up those items, but when I got there, the items were not available. Overall this was a terrible experience and I also noticed that I was charged distance fees for the distance I drove to the other 2 U-Haul locations.

Terrible experience, after waiting 2 hours to get my reservation that was supposed to start at 1 pm they promised me that I could bring the Truck back after hours with no extra charge since I was waiting for my reservation for a long time. I check the receipt today and I'm being charged for two rental periods plus a coverage insurance that I explicitly declined. I'm being charged more than twice of what I should be charged. I'm heading there to have a talk with the person that handed me the truck. This place is a fucking scam.

Had pre-ordered two dollies, but the location did not have them to provide. When I complained, the U-Haul staff guy threatened not to rent me the truck at all. This was extremely poor service.

It was okay except for the invoicing. There was a charge for $16 insurance that I did not purchase. So, he fixed it but still incorrect. If you look at the final invoice, incorrect HST was charged. Please explain to me what happened here. The total corrected amount should be $112.66. I would appreciate hearing from you.

The agent was extremely helpful, has a convenient system in place for pickup and drop off if you're less confident parking the vehicle, and the depot is located really close to a gas station for low-stress refueling. Would definitely rent from this location again.

When we dropped off the uhaul on Jan 2nd. The driveway was full and there was no room to leave the unit. We had to leave it on the main street. We handed the keys to the uhaul staff outside and he said we were good to go after we showed where the unit was parked. A few days later we received a phone a call from head office asking if we returned the unit and / or where we parked it. This was a little concerning. I am assuming since we received this survey, the unit was located.

Arrived at 830, didn’t leave until 9. Authorized dealer was not on time, did not have the reserved furniture dolly ready for me, and complained about how the tax exemption screwed up the reservation so had to start my reservation from scratch. All the time i wasted reserving online and checking in online was for nothing because he had to do it all in person. I would give 1 star but the owner was kind enough to give me a heads up about the gas and where there was a nearby gas station. The pickup shouldn’t take more than 5-10minutes. Not 30 minutes.

I requested 2 dollies and floor mats for my move. At pick up was told they didn't have them... just that, no further explanation nor solution. Also at checkout the provider had issues with some 'Tax exemption' thing that popped up in his App that made the payment unavailable. It took him about 30min and 2 calls to UHaul (on my phone) to fix it up. Summary: lost 50min until I could l3ave with the truck and got no dollies to do the job, even though I had requested them months in advance. I WILL STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ANY OF MY FRIENDS TO USE THIS LOCATION.

I wasn’t given a paper that gave me a reference for my gas gauge. So I had to guess how much gas to put in and try to remember exactly where it was when I picked it up. I put 40$ gas in and thought it was sufficient (as I didn’t have anything to reference). Then when my bill came in, I was charged for not having enough gas, which was maybe 1/32 of a tank. Very frustrating. I also waited at the pick up location for 15 minutes before anyone showed up to help me.
