I was told over the phone that I wouldn’t be charged on km usage unless I went over 105km. I stayed below 100km and they ended up charging me $1/km on my final bill. Very annoying and disappointing
Aaron GI wish I had the guys name who helped me… He couldn’t have been nicer… The whole experience was great, on pick up, he pulled the truck up on the street with the AC cranked up (40C that day) And on drop off he was at my door the minute I pulled up …would recommend to anyone
John KWe were told there was a 1/4 tank of gas, but the truck was on empty. I recorded the incident and informed the attendant, before leaving the site, who said he would note it. He never did and I was charged on return……That’s why I would not recommend.
Kirk N!!!DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!! The owner seems to be running a scam out of this location. Check other reviews! They will hide damage charges when you return your car - they do not answer any calls or messages. To get a refund you needto file a report with the general manager. Look carefully at the "accident report" when you return your vehicle they won't inspect it. They'll report an accident on the "roof" (likely so that they can deny any pics you take on return!). !!DO NOT RENT HERE!!
