Absolutely horrible experience. The worst I’ve ever had with uhaul. The customer service was horrible. The store was completely sketchy and the owner made me stand out on the rain for ten minutes while he “dealt with another customer” even though there was no one else there. The door was bolted shut with a doorbell on it but they never let me in which I needed to buy more moving supplies and couldn’t. When he brought the truck around he was running over multiple pylons as if he was possibly intoxicated. There was moving blankets on the back of the truck and they were soaking wet and disgusting and completely unusable. Then when I returned the truck I put gas in the truck right before I brought it back and the owner charged me a refuel charge even though I put gas in it the tank was not full when I picked up the truck and I put enough gas to match what was in it. I would never use this location again and I doubt I would use uhaul again after this experience.
