A little more guidance in the in-person pickup. It was our first time renting a truck and we chose in-person pickup to have some help with it, but it after we were processes we were just sent to the truck by ourselves with the key and had some trouble with logging everything in. I think it would be nice to have someone walk you through it, especially as a first time renter.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOvercharged me for Gas, even though I had refilled the amount that I used. It’s unethical and someone needs to be accountable.
Yash VGreat service, I would recommend this location
Scott G1st the truck number assigned for mobile pickup was incorrect and I checked all around the city blocks for the right one. 2nd the employee working here was 30 minutes late to open which made me 30 minutes late. I expect a refund or discount of my rental as this is unacceptable. As well, I originally wanted a pickup truck, which are still listed on your site, but you apparently no longer offer them. If this is the case, update your website. It’s not a hard change to add a badge over the truck and say “discontinued” or “unavailable” Do not recommend this location at all.
Michael EThe guy who was working there was so helpful and kind. I showed up late to my rental and even though the shop was closing, he made sure I got on my way with my van and I am so thankful for it. Amazing customer service.
