This is the second time I have rented from this location in the past month and everything went smooth both times. The gentleman Samuel, who runs the operation was excellent with his customer service and friendliness. That's why I came back the second time to rent through him again. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to rent from him again or recommend him and his operation at this location.

Jack LNobody was there when I arrived. Had to contact customer service before someone showed up. They also overcharged me.
DOMHNALLOLIBHEAR MUnfortunately, the trailer I wanted to rent was no available. I think the U Haul add should have advised me. that said. The service at the Queen St Location was more than excellent. the speed, respect, and professionalism of the team there blew my mind. This was service excellence at its best. I am so grateful I rented from that site and would ONLY go back there.
