The outside of the truck was in good condition, theinside of the truck wasnt clean and had a leak somewhere because even when the windows were up, water some how kept getting in the cup holders. They put me through hell for 2 hours on my moving day due to an employees apparent lack of knowledge on some things regarding reservations BUT...I have to say the manager did a great job fixing the issue and I was only charged for my mileage that went over what they originally give. So my final bill was only $26. Makes it pretty hard to stay upset. They made everything right, so im appreciative. Thank you.

However, the uhaul was unclean with ketchup stains, paint stains, unvacuumed in the front, along with a missing control button to turn the heat on. I had to call in to an employee to assist, who wiped down the front and seats. The driver side door had some issues closing, as well as an indicator on for the passenger rear tire needing air. The uhaul also made a noise upon starting. This vehicle needs servicing and a good cleaning and vacuuming.
KAYECY JFirst vehicle I got the indicator was not working so I had to turn around and return it, so I decided to only rent for 2hours because there wasn't any similar vehicle available. The second vehicle was reek of piss and a piece of rug in the bag. We took it because we had to move the boxes out the driveway of our new home. We checked it out11am and return it 12pm, just an hour. There was no one there to check out immediately, the lady at the counter didnt know what to do so she wrote down the time we return, thats it, so they never settled my payments till the next day charge me 80.00. I called the store for help but no one helped they said i need to call 800 number. Worse experience ever!!!
