Dinesh SI was in and out quick. The drop off was even faster. No problems at the location. I wanted to store the trailer and load in a garage over night but I was told if I disconnected the trailer the added insurance would be canceled - VOID. I understand that some don't know what they are doing but this is not rocket science. No notice of this at time of reservation on Uhaul.com. The 5x8 trailer was very well constructed and worked well for my needs, trailed very nice, but it was the noisiest trailer I have ever towed. I had to wedge the tailgate to keep it from banging back and forth and tie the tailgate chains back. Every bump or movement with it sounded like a bad drum practice from middle school.

Brandon NAt no fault of the location the wrong trailer was available for me. Also I was told by the reservationist I could return it the next morning but the location had it reserved for someone else later in the day.
Steve HEverything was great: service by clerk who processed our rental, truck was easy to access. Only complaint: a previous user had left dried up orange peel in the glove box. Otherwise, truck was clean and ran great.

GENE MThough we made reservations at a small closer location for pick-up, U-Haul left message the day before that desired trailer wasn’t available. We wasted significant time trying to confirm availability at the second location which turned out not to have our trailer either. We started from scratch in checking inventory, a few hours before we picked up. The central call center wasn’t helpful providing current inventory. I couldn’t get logged into the app on my phone as verification code wasn’t coming as a text.
Mary ZIt was a very tight parking space for the trailer and a trailer jack would have been nice.
MARK PNEVER, NEVER even think about to rent in that location. They will add an additional charge like "late drop off" or whatever else! Chargeback opened in my bank!

I was hoping to leave with some sort of receipt or paperwork but got nothing. Not a secure feeling when walking out. They could say I never returned it if they wanted or ?

David MWe have rented U-Haul trucks from Bauers several times and each time has been a great experience. The equipment is always ready and in great shape for our rentals. The staff is personable, friendly and very helpful in explaining the rental process. I had a nice conversation with Teresa during this rental and she was great. I would highly recommend Bauers for anyone looking for a U-Haul rental,
WILLIAM BLocation isn’t bad but could have a better customer service expression just because it look like the workers there are either annoyed or just very tired from working. As a business owner, I would not hire somebody who is like that as I have 11 employees.
ILYA SNo one at location when dropped off, but it was a Holiday also. Had key box by door. Location is also a gas station which is nice

diptanu bReserved a furniture dolly as it was needed to move heavy furniture however there wasn’t one available when I showed up. This is the second time in a row have having issues reserving equipment and it not being available as specter (other time was not with this location though). Sounds like this is an issue with U-haul directly, allowing overbooking. U-Haul is cheaper than most other places around but if you can’t depend on what you reserved being available when you need it why would you rent with them?

Michael HThere was one person available to work with rental customers and she did an EXCELLENT job. Very pleasant and helped an old guy (me) figure out why my iPhone would not take a photo of my Driver License. She patiently answered my questions and explained things very well. We were able to move our furniture purchase to our home quickly and at less cost than the store delivery charge.
William NNot much to improve on here. I was treated with kindness and understanding. This shop has my full recommendation for others needing to rent moving materials and vehicles.
Stephen MThe drivers mirror was lose and needed to be adjusted as I drove down the road. The place I picked it up from was really understaffed and the wait was terrible long. I had to load my own equipment and they did not have some of the products I wanted to rent like furniture dollies. On return it took me a long time to drop off and the U-Haul website was down. I will rent from Penske from now on!
