The truck was dirty, glass looked like someone tried to clean it with WD-40 and it smelled stale.

The location is very crammed. Too much going on and not enough room. The Uhaul guy was very grumpy. I was confused to where I was suppose to park the trailer even after they told me where to park it. It didn't make sense because there wasn't a spot open. I was happy to get out of there!

Rented a 5x9 open trailer to hall brush to the local city drop off site. Susie was the person who handled the reservation and greeted me when I returned the trailer. Friendly people. Overall it was an easy process.

I really like the smart phone check in, especially when returning after hours. Not only is there immediate electronic confirmation, but the pictures I took and attached during the process provided evidence of cleanliness, location, fuel level.....it leaves you feeling like the process is complete rather than just dropping keys in a box and hoping all is well.

Can't recommend any location because there is no place to park my car when I pick up my rental vehicle

Need to upgrade your early check in process. I reserved the truck and was told I could pick it up at 8:00 am on Sunday morning before the rental location opened at 11:00 am. I uploaded my photo and provided the alternate contact info and that individual was contacted but I never got instructions to get the keys from the lock box and was not called. I had to return home and go back when the U-Haul location opened at 11:00 to get the key to the cargo van.

I returned the truck and stopped where the sign told me to to return it and nobody came out I sat in the truck stood outside the truck and then finally went inside where I was told you're good just leave it will check it in later.

My comments have nothing to do with the location, but the mobile pickup service provided by UHaul - what a mess!! We had to wait about 20 minutes to "be approved" to pick up our truck. Why is this not something that happens BEFORE picking up the truck!? Then, when dropping off the truck, why in the hell does it matter if we take a photo of the damn odometer? Why can someone from the location not do that if needed? All of the photos and approvals just seemed like overkill and unnecessary. Honestly, such a hassle.

This location had some fly by night contractors doing work on the roof. While leaving the office area my wife was just about hit with a 4x8 two inch insulation panel. When the rental truck pulled up, as I was just about to get in the truck I was just about hit with a other 4x8 panel too. Upon returning the rental truck there was an unusually long check in period. The guys were still working on the roof and when I was parking the truck in the appropriate spot, there was one of the roof workers in a small trailer with his pants off. Geez.. close the door!! When I asked for a paper receipt the guy made it sound like it was a big deal, asking a big favor. He then said getting a paper receipt would take 15 minutes! 15 minutes for a paper receipt when another employee was sitting on his ass in a chair by the front door. So I went out to the car to tell my wife it would be 15 minutes to get a paper receipt. So at 15 minutes I went back I and it was another 7 minutes to get the receipt. They handed me the receipt and as I was walking out the door I realized that the bill was incorrect. $634.10 for a 6 hour rental? I went back in and said there must be an error. So they determined that there was a mileage calculation error. They charged me for 683 miles when it should have been 61 miles. They did a recheck on the mileage and did find that it was 61 miles. They then printed another receipt which was correct. So it took me 30 minutes to get a appropriate receipt. I really wanted to support this local business and I have had them I stall a Kurt Hitch on one of my vehicles in the past, but after this experience I think I'm done doing business with these guys Sorry to be a complainer but this was a very unpleasant experience.

The checkout process at Bauer was pretty fast. Uploading my driver's license really helped speed things up. Now if only the car rental companies could be so fast!

Kinda of confusing in store experience. Not set up with clear markings on floor- people are milling about. Just plain uncomfortable given covid.

We returned the trailer at 7:10 pm after picking it up at 5 pm for a 3 hour rental. No one was there, doors locked up. We had to unhitch trailer and LIFT it off the hitch and onto the ground. Not acceptable.

I have used your location many times in the past. This was my first check in prior to the business opening. We should have been notified the phone check in process takes about 45 min in your parking lot. By the time we complete all the additional details, photo's, wait for a phone call, then wait for our “approval” before getting the code for the box, our 7:30am pick up got us on our way from your parking lot around 9am. Unacceptable. There was another Couple there with the same issue and frustration. This is a business. Be open for your customers. I would recommend you but definitely not if they needed to the phone check in/pick up outside of your in-person hours.

The truck was not ready at our reservation time. We had to wait nearly an hour for something to be available despite when I made the reservation everything being available per your website. Mask protocols were not being followed, there were no sanitation protocols in the store to prevent COVID, and high touch surfaces were not being cleaned in the truck. There was no control on number of people in the store and I felt very unsafe.

The man told me to meet other man outside to pick up my car. When I went out back the van was just sitting there, keys in the engine and nobody there to meet me. I had no idea it was my van until I looked up my email and compared the license plate. Pretty rude service.

We parked the trailer is the area that was clearly marked for drop off and were working on unhooking it when the employee told us that we were leaving it in the wrong spot and we needed to maneuver between the mess of different trailers and vehicles they had in the lot to back the trailer in a different spot.

More one way trucks, I had to use a local truck for 140 miles. It was almost 350 bucks. Just not affordable and no deals to help

Honestly the process to rent the truck thru the phone was a little frustrating even when we were at the store, the clerk helped us a lot with taking the pictures and scanning documents, but other than that, it was ok.
