Just seemed very busy for one staff member to help the long line of people. Should have been 2 staff members knowing Saturday mornings in the spring time are busy. Although the main staff member was very nice.

linda lThe exact opposite experience of the junky place where I picked up the unit. Plus, Antonio was extremely pleasant and made the experience of dropping off and checking out seamless and simple. He should give lessons to the folks in Duluth!
James BPick-up and drop-off associates were both exremely helpfull. The Youube tutorial was also very helpfull in preperation for my trip.
