Inside was very clean. But outside of vehicle was not prepared to travel after snowstorm - snow and ice covered windows, ice on external rear view mirrors. All should have been removed as it was dangerous to drive. Basically left customer with the job of clearing snow and ice off the vehicle. Making the vehicle safe to drive should be basic.
