Thomas WDid not let me know if any disclosures of payment. I was told a different thing and that being that my actual miles would reflect my payment so just in case, I put way more miles than I needed. Once I arrived at the other location. They told me that there was no refund for anything and that the miles I put, was the payment. So I needed up paying way more than I needed. I emailed back and forth and got rejected with my questions. Although, the customer service lady did say when I called for a dispute that it should’ve reflected so then I got emailed and the person that emailed me just disregard me.
ARACELY TI dropped off just after they closed but they were still willing to answer a question.
Blake GLocation had closed for the evening but a member of the staff was still there and answered a question for me!
