We have rented U-Haul trucks from Bauers several times and each time has been a great experience. The equipment is always ready and in great shape for our rentals. The staff is personable, friendly and very helpful in explaining the rental process. I had a nice conversation with Teresa during this rental and she was great. I would highly recommend Bauers for anyone looking for a U-Haul rental,

Location isn’t bad but could have a better customer service expression just because it look like the workers there are either annoyed or just very tired from working. As a business owner, I would not hire somebody who is like that as I have 11 employees.

I was third in line and was not helped until 12:50 PM for a 12:00 PM pick up. The line grew to 15+ people while I waited.

Reserved a furniture dolly as it was needed to move heavy furniture however there wasn’t one available when I showed up. This is the second time in a row have having issues reserving equipment and it not being available as specter (other time was not with this location though). Sounds like this is an issue with U-haul directly, allowing overbooking. U-Haul is cheaper than most other places around but if you can’t depend on what you reserved being available when you need it why would you rent with them?

There was one person available to work with rental customers and she did an EXCELLENT job. Very pleasant and helped an old guy (me) figure out why my iPhone would not take a photo of my Driver License. She patiently answered my questions and explained things very well. We were able to move our furniture purchase to our home quickly and at less cost than the store delivery charge.

The drivers mirror was lose and needed to be adjusted as I drove down the road. The place I picked it up from was really understaffed and the wait was terrible long. I had to load my own equipment and they did not have some of the products I wanted to rent like furniture dollies. On return it took me a long time to drop off and the U-Haul website was down. I will rent from Penske from now on!

This location never has personnel on hand to assist with both hooking up and/or dropping off the trailer. My wife and I always have to participate in that process.

This was way out of the way of the requested shop and they wouldn’t allow earlier pickup to make up for it, customer service was horrible, rushed to get it back to that location as they wouldn’t let me drop the trailer anywhere closer to my original request and when I got there they wouldn’t check it back in, made me download an app and check it in myself. Poor experience overall!

I don't care about the location, it was fine. I'm being penalized for Uhaul dropping the ball and creating nightmare after nightmare for me to have to deal with the entirety of my move day.

The truck was dirty inside and out. There was no effort to clean the interior of the cab or the inside of the truck. No help to check in the vehicle or to pull it out of the line. The windshield was so dirty from bugs I could hardly see to drive and had to clean it myself.

We had to spend time at this location that made us late just because their systems first of all was down, they had a truck that was registered and ready for us which was dead because a previous client of theirs that used the truck and dropped it off left the keys in there, then the lady who was at the front helping, said that she will need to move three trucks. I believe that was in the way, which caused overall 15 to 20 minutes of weight and overall we got the truck when we got the truck we had to specifically drive as cautiously as we can not to bump into anything and we had to back out into the driveway that is coming from a highway, and any type of vehicle vehicles can come through, which could’ve been a risk of accident. I had today called and requested a 100% refund due to the inconsistency, reliability, and liability risk for doing their jobs and when call this location and spoken to a supervisor, all what was said was “ you will have to figure this out on your own and call corporate.” which I did. Terrible experience terrible customer service services would not recommend. This is the 4th time that we had an issue at this location ever since 2024 we submitted a complaint to corporate about this location back in September 2024 of them, not listening or needing my needs when they had fuel tanks in front of the way and they couldn’t even move them so we had to as cautiously as possible, which is the same scenario as this one to move away so we don’t hit on anything which caused us to be late again.

Since the location is at a gas station, it would be nice if the truck was full upon pick-up. Guessing how to return equipment at 7/16ths is a bit challenging.
