The personnel here are to notch - not sure what her name was - but she was here both times I dropped of trailers and was awesome to work with! Super on point - fast - professional!
Ryan SI rented a 6x12 enclosed trailer to move a gymnastics trampoline (in pieces). The trailer was clean & functioned great. The two employees that helped me with initial information and then guidance getting in & out of the lot were great. This was my 2nd rental from this location, and it was seamless. So now this place uhascover, if I could, there would be no stars, but I got to deal with whatever I got to deal with and they don't know how to read or listen, so, don't go to them because you will get screwed.

Michael HI brought this trailer back the date due but I was a couple hours late. They said it was reserved for someone else. But they charged me for the extra day anyway. How can you charge an extra day and rent to someone else on the same trailer ? If I knew that I was going to be charged the extra day I would have kept it, and finished moving. But I thought I was being nice bringing it back for the other person. I also live about two hours from the rental location, making it more difficult to getting it back. I couldn't find the rental location right away thats why it was late

JOEL BBauer’s staff were very kind and friendly and helped me with all my questions! However the U-Haul app didn’t work to return the van which made it confusing but the Bauers got it taken care of.

CAITLIN RI ordered a truck when a van was better. I left and returned within in a few minutes to ask a change to a van. All went smoothly after that. It would have been helpful to get instructions on operating the vehicle and where gas was to be filled on the van

DAVID PThe staff was amazing, the running lights on the trailer I rented weren’t working and they helped troubleshoot to determine it was the wiring harness on my vehicle. Swapped to a van rental instead so I was able to pick up my load and got me a better rate with their “best rate guarantee”. This is the only place I’ll ever come to rent a truck or trailer.
