The staff at this location was excellent--professional, knowledgable, and friendly. Renting a trailer or moving truck is alway a rather nervous situation; but I was really impressed by the staff's kindness and willingness to help. I will definately recommend this Uhal location to my friends, family, and co-workers.

DEAN HGive them an undamaged trailer and one that has balanced tires. The W.Allis uHaul was NOT a friendly place and it seemed like the gal at the desk was not happy working there...like it was a bad job ? I don't know. People should be more happy and cheerful. Another worker there filling propane cans, wouldnt even answer a question I asked him. Rather rude. Bauer's uHaul is a fine place and their employees are very helpful and cheerful.

DANIEL SWent to pick up reserved 6x12 trailer at Batteries Plus. It was not available. How do I receive the $50 guarantee credit? Staff at Batteries Plus worked with Bauers to get an alternative trailer. Staff at Bauers was excellent.

FELICIA WI thought had already checked in online, and got the proper insurance coverage and additional authorized drivers taken care of ahead of time, but then needed to do it again when I got to the location. I just worry that I might make a mistake and miss something or someone doing it again.
MICHAEL KLots of confusion on the reservation and they gave us the wrong trailer, then called and asked us to come back to swap it rather than just adjusting it in the system.
JENNIFER DEmployees were not overly helpful and took a long time to check out the truck. Upon returning the truck, I was careful to watch the gauge until it reached 3/4 full, but ended up filling it 4/4 full due to a malfunctioning gauge. The manager refused to refund the extra $20 in gas that I paid.

DOMINIC YThe location did a fine job as I’ve rented with them before. U-Haul online reservation did not do a good job. I specifically set a booking at a location less than a mile from my home. The site did not say anything about switching off no availability and really should give options over directing me sooner place 11 miles away. You site should be more intuitive and have more accurate inventory. I understand that there are chances of equipment not being returned, but I felt the change was not acceptable. As well, I was booked to pickup at 10am and was not notified by Bauer’s until the night before my rental, that they did not open until noon. If a time is requested, your reservation system should abide by the request and only give options that are open for the requested booking time. I expect better from U-Haul as you are not new to the rental game.

Any changes (like where to return the truck) were called to me along with a text. That made concluding our move much easier.

Joanie HThe pick up point didn’t have the dollies I needed and I had to help lift the trailer on to the hitch and hurt my back. The drop off point didn’t help me lift the trailer off the hitch. I had to use my own hydraulic jack and a piece of wood to lift and stabilize the trailer so I could unhitch the trailer and drive away.
CRAIG Rpick up is a bit of a hassle but overall fine
RICHARD PI had a reservation scheduled for 5:30, and didn’t leave with a truck for about an hour after this. I had to get 3 different keys and two different trailers to finally get a truck to work. When I went to check in to take pictures of the truck, it didn’t match the key/truck I ended up with. After a few trips into the office and back to the parking lot, they finally just told me to take pictures on my phone and take their word for it that it would be fine. The truck wasn’t awful but it wasn’t cleaned out from the previous owner. It had some dirt and debris on the back. Overall it went fine but not as smooth as expected - especially with a reservation scheduled.
MATTHEW HCheck in was long. Quoted contract price did not match in-store price. Finally got the quoted contract price. First trailer had lights out. Trailer in contract did not match actual trailer. Check-in required 2 calls (one to u-hail and one to location) and took over 12 hours before it was processed.

GREGG KVery helpful staff both at pick up and drop off. Super easy experience (even when moving is not!) Helped with our hitch issues (National parts store chain sold us the wrong trailer ball) but Bauer’s saved the day by selling the one we needed at a reasonable price! We have used this location several times due to great staff and great location. I can’t recommend Bauers enough.
