I love this U-Haul location. The staff are so helpful (even helping to carry supplies out to my truck), and the prices for supplies are fair. I so appreciate them!
CAITLIN RI ordered a truck when a van was better. I left and returned within in a few minutes to ask a change to a van. All went smoothly after that. It would have been helpful to get instructions on operating the vehicle and where gas was to be filled on the van

DAVID PThe staff was amazing, the running lights on the trailer I rented weren’t working and they helped troubleshoot to determine it was the wiring harness on my vehicle. Swapped to a van rental instead so I was able to pick up my load and got me a better rate with their “best rate guarantee”. This is the only place I’ll ever come to rent a truck or trailer.
Adam WThe rented a truck on a week that was posting subzero temps with a known flat tire issue. I reserved the truck several days in advance.and when I went to pick it up it was blocked in by another Uhaul, they intiially gave me the wrong key which I then returned. They said the truck was "completely full" on pickup and it was just slightly above 3/4 full, when I returned the vehicle they then tried billing me for filling the truck back up to completely full. The truck had a gap in the seal of the drivers door that created so much road noise you could not hear the person sitting next to you when sitting in the cabin.

Bryn AThe people were great. I'd hire them. However, I've rented other Uhaul trucks. 16 months ago, I drove my dad's stuff from FL to MN. This one seemed underpowered and seriously drank gas with only a snow blower in the back. I would have gone broke driving this one from FL lol. And since I can only rent by the day, I'll probably check out some other options that allow hourly so I can save a little next time.

Just need to make it more clear the chain of steps that need to be done. In fact, better to have asked me for all the info when I did the on-line rental.

LOGAN AI got charged for fuel even though I added to the level shown when I picked it up. The estimator chart/guage for the fuel capacities didn't seem to be accurate. Otherwise, great place. Good truck.
