I booked a trailer on your website for a Waverly pick up. I received a call at 10 pm the night before to advise me that my reservation was unavailable and id have to drive to Alliston to get the unit. This was time consuming (and gasoline) consuming. the inconvenience cost me about 160 minutes of driving time in total (pick up and return) and roughly $50 in fuel. So thats not great

The rear brackets around the door on the back of the trailer are all broken. They need to be fixed ASAP or the back half will fall off eventually it rocks back-and-forth going down the road. I did show the people there. Hopefully somebody fixes this ASAP.
DENNIS PPickup experience was quite satisfactory. Great customer service. Trailer had some "experience" on it but it was in good condition. It should be more clear though that locking trailer to your vehicle is your responsibility, and some type of cable lock is required, since the hitch is not lockable.

MARIA VEverything that I had done online had to be redone while standing at the cash register of a corner store - seemed like a waste of time since it had already been filled out online. Attic of the box leaked in the rain and everything I packed got soaking wet.
