I included a utility dolly, furniture dolly, and furniture pads. Location did not have furniture dolly or pads. I called the customer support number on the app and they sent me to the central Uhaul location, where I waited almost an hour just to pick up the equipment I had already rented. Why was I able to reserve to reserve equipment that wasn't available? I would have rather picked up my whole order at one location than run around town for two hours the day of my move.

It is a hotel and when we walked in to return our truck at about 8:30pm, we were greeted by a person on a computer screen in a “self serve” kiosk who told us to leave the key on the reception desk. We did not feel comfortable with this as anyone could walk up and take the key. We opted to use the mobile app to return the truck and dropped the key in the drop box.
AMANDA Sa tire on the car hauling trailer needed to be replaced on the side of the road. Through uhaul roadside assistance i was given service by a company called Get It Done Diesel. The mechanic made quick work of the job and even spotted an issue with a second tire that was also replaced.

Monica SI went to the certified rental location to pick up the 12’ trailer I rented. For the story…. I’m a 46 y/o female with joint issues and a muscle disease. The trailer hitch was resting on the ground. I have NEVER hooked a trailer before but thought having the trailer with a heavy hydraulic breaking system on it sitting on the ground was odd. There was no crank to lower an arm to assist… nothing. I went in to ask for assistance since the U-Haul paperwork said assistance will be provided. The representative told me I was on my own that they could not help me. I called for help and had to wait for over an hour before help was available to get there. I opened the back of the trailer before loading and it had debris and some trash inside.When I returned the trailer, I backed in, unhooked everything, followed the directions U-Haul emailed me and due to the weight my daughter and I couldn’t lift the hitch off the ball. The trailer was too heavy. I went inside hoping someone could once again help and that’s when two gentlemen came out. After they messed with the trailer for some time, one of the guys looked at me and told me I needed to go to an auto mechanic place to buy a part to try to get the trailer off. After the second guy noticed I was getting upset and confused as to why I’m being told to go buy a part, he suggested we use my jack to get the trailer off. After unloading the back of my car from moving, and using my jack, the trailer popped off. I have rented from U-Haul MANY times over the years and have NEVER been treated like that. I will absolutely NOT be recommending this location to anyone.

JOSEPH WIt was very odd dealing with a hotel clerk to drop-off a U-Haul trailer. Process was fine, clerk was less than helpful.

I had to call to update my reservation a couple times and he said he’d “email me the confirmation” but didn’t confirm what I said and ended up getting the reservation wrong. Luckily the trailer we reserved was available still when we arrived however he was no help at all during hook up or drop off.

AIMEE RAmount of gas in tank was enough to get to gas station, not at 1/4 tank worth, I took picture of dash & guy that I returned to corrected it, I think. Day before I went to u-haul old Town Bellevue on Main St & guy wasn't there & so I cancelled that reservation and looked for one with live people.

YOISEL EThe location was difficult to find (it should be listed on the website that it is a HOTEL!) The man there said there was nothing he could do about the fuel issue, even though I showed him a picture of 7hrs earlier that the fuel line was NOT on 1/4 tank. I was subsequently charged $90 for fuel and, including a $30 service fee to put fuel in the truck. I've used Penske exclusively for nearly 10 years with great results and the one time I choose Uhaul, this is my experience!?!?!? I won't be back

VALERIA HI made a reservation to a place just the street and was given a rental 10 miles out of my way, adding 30 miles to my bill. Then I was charged for refueling even though I returned it with exactly the same amount of gas as I rented with. Have pictures to prove it. Very bad way to run a business.

QUINTIN MExtremely disappointed in my experience. This was my 3rd time using this location in the past year and the 2nd time that the truck was not cleaned out when I went out to the vehicle. Additionally, the rental contract said that the gas tank was full but upon starting the truck it was only at 1/4 of a tank. I had to go back inside and get the front desk worker to come out to assist. Resolution of the gas discrepancy took over 30 minutes from when I arrived at the location for a full day move. Furthermore, all the gauge clusters were intermittent on the vehicle however the front desk worker told me there were no other trucks available and I had to use the vehicle despite not knowing how fast the vehicle was traveling or how much gas was in it. I will not be using this location again in the future.

MARK CDuring the check out, the person who worked with me was not a native english speaker but made no effort to speak slowly so I could understand. When I explained that I didn't understand him, he became dismissive towards. No explanation of checking out the vehicle, no explanation of gas policy, nothing. Check in lady was better, but again, no explanation of getting receipts or anything. Truck had gum wrappers inside and a half drank Gatorade bottle behind driver seat.

Christopher PI rented a 20-foot truck. The passenger door was dented in, making it difficult to open. The cab had trash and cigarette smoke on the seats and floor. A rear light was hanging off. There was a lot of other damage to the truck, and the check engine light was on. Because of the dented door, it would not shut all the way, and you could hear the wind in the cab.

CHERYL PThe location was good and very good customer service. The truck had a horrible high pitch squeal once it got over 60 mph. It appearred to be a problem with the seal in the window. Never stopped on the highway and road with it for 4 hours. Not great.
Trevor CWe came to this location after our original Uhaul location was moved. We were quoted to pay $79 the day we picked the Uhaul up- which would be adjusted for mileage when we dropped it off. They tried to initially charge my card $160 and we told them no- because that's not what our quote was for. It was an in town move- literally less than 5 miles away from the Uhaul dealer- and we were renting a 20" truck. We have made that exact same move before - two times- and only paid $84-$86. Not only did we not have any of the dolly's we requested, Uhaul is also trying to claim that we drove 13 miles (which is accurate- it was a short, in town move) but used 9 gallons of gas. According to their own website, there is 40 gallons of gas in the tank of this 20" truck. Which means there's 10 gallons of gas in a quarter tank- and roughly 10 miles to each gallon. This means we used possibly a little over one gallon of gas. ALL information from their own website. They charged us $80 for the "10 gallons of gas" we used- and are refusing to refund it despite the proof that we have showing that we didn't use all of that gas. We picked the Uhaul up and there was hardly any gas even in it- but we didn't get the receipt with the fuel gauge on it showing how much gas was in it from the initial pickup until Saturday- which is 4 DAYS AFTER we picked this Uhaul up. It ended up being we were charged that initial $160 that they tried to charge our card with in the first place. We filed a complaint with Uhaul. Either they have a truck that's leaking gas or someone is being careless with their job. I fully believe that this Uhaul location knew they were going to charge us for "gas" this entire time. It's just awfully suspicious that the original charge- before we even took the Uhaul- and the final charge were the same thing- despite moving just 4 minutes away from where we used to. Overall- I will no longer be a uhaul customer in the future. I'm angry and out of a lot of money.
