They were not helpful when we asked for details about the rental and seemed more interested in the hot tub customer than us. I would drive to Calgary rather than rent from these people. Bad experience at a new location.

DRAGAN KSelf pickup was a nightmare. Allow customers to fill out info without having to physically having to be there and have the lock code upon arrival. Perhaps allowing for an hour before pickup. Gentlemen in cochrane doesn't like his job. He was rude when I asked to do walk around while I was there so I could collect my receipt, his response was simply, we'll that's not going to happen i don't have time and that he would send me my total and receipt via email. 60 seconds later As I was driving out of parking spot he was on his way to the truck I just returned.
