Amazing rental experience with this location. Super helpful and friendly and they went out of their way to get me a truck. So happy to have this service available in Cochrane. Super transparent with pricing just like the major u-haul locations and very clean truck! Would highly recommend this location.

The vehicle wasen't super clean but it did the job and it ran well.
Leah MMy complaint is not directed to the location but to Uhaul! Incredibly disappointed that I was charged an additional day for being less than an hour late. No one waiting to take the unit. Very disappointed!
