Have some lights around the property. We dropped off around 9:00 pm. It was difficult to find a spot to drop off a trailer. Will find another business to drop off next time.

All thought the location was good, I was not satisfied with the overall uhal experience. I ordered a 26 foot truck, the location was changed from original location and then when I went to get the truck it was a 20 foot !! And then it was sent to a location that closed at 6:00 and my reservation wasn’t until 6:30 , the owner was closing shop! So smaller truck and was still charged the same price as the 26 foot.. very poor customer service . Tried callling customer support and was on hold for over 20 minutes and no one answered.

The equipment was in good condition and getting the equipment went smoothly; however, the location and building itself were very sketchy looking. The parking lot is tiny and hard to maneuver with equipment. An old sign from a previous business is still up, so wasn't even sure I was at the right place. The inside of the building is disgustingly dirty. Like hoarder level with empty fast-food cups and packages, trash, and just an assortment of random items all over the place. I didn't see one surface without junk or trash. And there's some sort of bird squawking from the back room. I normally wouldn't mind the bird, but with everything else it just made the whole place feel more eerie. I would not have felt safe in there if my boyfriend hadn't been with me. It was literally like a scene from a horror movie. The employee was nice though. Just the place was disturbing and needs a deep clean.

Randy was very nice and helpful. The facility was in disrepair. The U-Haul truck was high mileage and had lots of scratches and dings. I had to add 3 quarts of oil to the U-Haul truck. 2 quarts at the beginning, then 1 quart while traveling. The check engine light came on 3/4 of the way thru my trip and the stabilitrack system light was on and off the entire journey. This vehicle was "worse for the wear", I felt like this truck was not road worthy for a 2000 mile journey. My previous experiences with U-Haul have been good. This one wasn't.

Nothing. This is an easy location to get to and get in and out of regardless of the type of equipment. We have rented multiple times from this location and have never had an issue.
