Walked in for a 1-way rental for a tow dolly. They could not get system to cooperate so had to use the U-haul app. The very nice woman at counter agreed it was a one way rental and said I can return it anywhere no problem. Except they didn’t tell me there is an additional $144 fee!!! Online support is horrible as I returned it within 6 hours. I’ve rented many times before without issue. This was the worst experience by far. Uhaul needs to make this right and refund the $144 immediately

Very good service at Beck's....
WILLIAM JMore detailed instructions or prompts on picture uploading. I had to attempt several times before I was able. I had to arrow back twice but there were no prompts or instructions to do so.most generally one would lose the site or info if going back but in this case it was required to save upload and continue. Not a big deal but it was very cold out. Other than that a great experience!
