Gas was empty. Truck was very dusty.
Salena GTerrible experience. I picked up my vehicle and the gas was on empty, as soon as I left the parking lot my gaslight turned on so I found the nearest gas station. When I tried pumping gas, the gas was literally pouring out from underneath the vehicle so u haul had to call roadside assistance to help me. This whole ordeal took about 2 and a half hours for roadside assistance to get to me and fix the vehicle. I was able to put a little more gas in the vehicle this time so I could make it back to where I picked it up from. I was unable to make my move due to this incident. I spent $20 in gas and they reimbursement me less than $10. Their website says they will give you $50 if they cant fulfill the reservation which they refused to make good on that promise. I’ve asked to speak with a manager multiple times and was told someone will call me which it’s been 5 days since then and nobody has followed through on that. So in all I actually lost money, my time, and wasn’t able to complete my move. Terrible customer service

Lynette HBecause of issues with the lock box they didn't have a key ready for my pick up before this location opened at 7:30am. That coupled with issues with the mobile app for check in delayed my pick up 3 hours costing me wasted time and money for hired help that couldn't help me move without a truck.
Daniel WUhaul app click on where it says watch video how to pick up your truck and just goes to another page that has no video . Also nobody to help at location. Took me over a hr had to get technician on phone it kept saying reviewing after pictures of everything. Crazzy . App not very good had to close out and reopen. Finally approved lolol. Wasted my time . Go to a place with people that work there.
