Because of issues with the lock box they didn't have a key ready for my pick up before this location opened at 7:30am. That coupled with issues with the mobile app for check in delayed my pick up 3 hours costing me wasted time and money for hired help that couldn't help me move without a truck.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkUhaul app click on where it says watch video how to pick up your truck and just goes to another page that has no video . Also nobody to help at location. Took me over a hr had to get technician on phone it kept saying reviewing after pictures of everything. Crazzy . App not very good had to close out and reopen. Finally approved lolol. Wasted my time . Go to a place with people that work there.
