I feel bad as I came to find out my drop off location was incorrect therefore they got stuck with truck. Wish they would have called me instead of putting $600 plus dollars through extra on card!

finally U-Haul place in person that worked there where I didn’t have an absolutely fucking terrible experience who is very helpful knowledgable personable actually wanted to stay and chat with him it’s been a nightmare everywhere else with U-Haul I would recommend this place to anybody that ever fucking uses U-Haul because everywhere I’ve been has been the fucking shit they don’t even care about their service they just want the fucking money this guy cares

the owner had the truck warmed up and started since it was -30 when we went to pick up. this was done he said to make sure it would start for us and we were not delayed. i liked this very much. he made sure to warn us about other uhual locations trying to gouge you on fuel or damages and im sure happy this was done as the drop off location wanted extra fuel when I had already filled it passed the mark of when i got it.

I had a very stressful trip worrying because the fuel tank gauge was not working and the warning fuel light cam on at the very start after filling it up. It’s very stressful not knowing if there was a fuel leak or something going on with that you may not be able to fulfil your moving task or if the truck will leave you stranded on the highway. Could not wait to get it back to the uhaule dealer. He was very friendly and would deal with him again.

while i dont have a problem with our location or the staff at the U haul rental place where I live I do have a problem with the way my last two rental contracts have gone. The first of the last two U Haul did not issue a refund for deposit by putting it back on my card they decided to mail me a check which probably will be a month waiting by the time I get it and make sure it goes through. This last one they say my card was a discover card for refund and they are and were going to send me another check i had to call and try to clear matters up because I dont own a Discover card LOL they also claim it had a china based content whatever thats supposed to mean so not pleased with U Haul and administration problems they claim they will send me refund for deposit to my normal card used but havent seen it yet that was 2 days ago now normally refund is the next day or no more than 2-3 days so not sure whats going on but my refunds are needed back i am not rich and count on my refund as soon as possible thanks.

Please take note of the following feedback: "If you are a woman, I would advise staying away from this location. The manager's conduct was unacceptable, and I strongly believe that they should be relieved of their duties. I am truly disappointed and perplexed as to how U-Haul would have representatives operating from this particular location. I cannot recommend this place at all."

I was upset seeing g pick up was in Edmonton, than st paul! I called customer service, next thing I k ow theady on the phone and the gentleman who works cold lake location found a solution for me and made sure I had a uhaul for the day I moved without going out of town for pick up. I wish I remembered his name at the office of cold lake because he trully made my day and was so kind and pleasant! Last year I dealt with him too and honestly he is awesome at customer service and keeping a stressed out mama satisfied with the whole move.

The guy working there was a complete asshole. I had the U-Haul for a extra day. He charged me for 2 days when I did not have the U-Haul for an extra two days. My return day was Sunday I dropped off Monday morning at 9:30am when his ugly store opened. He was very rude and unpleasant when he called me demanding that I drop off the U-Haul. He than proceeds to tell me that I have to wait for a $36 cheque in the mail because I used debit to pay my deposit. Deposits can be put back on a debit card. Super annoying I know he was only finding the little things to take my deposit over being a day over when the guys in Edmonton told me that if I needed an extra day just to let them know. Well not this guy he was yelling at me on the phone @ 9am because apparently that's the only truck he had for a couple who was suppose to pick up Sunday morning. Well when I pulled up to drop off the truck what do you know another truck sitting there in the yard . I'm super upset because I moved into a home with 4 little kids and needed my deposit back which I was told would be returned back to me when I returned the truck. Bee Safe select ower is a crook.

Bait and switch: told there was a 15 foot upgraded to a 26 foot, I did not want. No choice have things to do. Don't offer something you do not have: harder to drive in city, more gas and then oh bring it back half full like when you got it, how do you gauge that? NEVER AGAIN. Windshield filthy and no washer fluid. Will pay double to get what I wanted next time.

I made a reservation through online for one day and was giving an estimate. When i went to pick up my uhaul I was told that I had to have it for the 2 days instead of the one. If that’s the case then they need to fix the online reservation. Put it like that instead of you going to pick it up and getting a surprise.
