Horrible customer service! Equipment was great, clean, worked with no issues. Reserving a truck online was easy but went downhill from there. Worst part of the experience was picking up the truck from the location (a day later than reserved cause it wasn't available as guaranteed) the representative was rude, aggressive, and not interested in being a U-Haul Rep. I will not be returning to this location and will strongly consider even using U-Haul in the future after this interaction.
Todd MDropped trailer off after hours so was not able to rate personnel or indoor site cleanliness. Was easy to find a spot to park the trailer. Online drop off process was very simple to use.
