All employees of u-haul That I unfortunately had to deal with were unhelpful, unwilling to accommodate for extenuating circumstances, and generally just unpleasant to deal with. Their monopoly over their industry leads them to act in whatever way they see fit, not in the way that is fair. The experience was so horrible to the point that I will never use a u-haul again, I will pay for movers just to avoid having to deal with this company.

Truck was probably never cleaned inside. Blinker did not work. I was concerned about caulking at the top corners, I was told not to. Sure enough, my belongings got soaked.
