I also did not like that I had to return it in a small window of time once I was at my destination. I had to wait to unload it until I had assistance and thus I was charged an extra 20 dollars even though it was returned on the day it was due. I did return it after hours, which was helpful, but because it was after hours there was no personnel there thus they could not help me.

Not force customers to pay for extra days that they know they will not need. They know you are obviously there in need of a trailer so they have you over a barrel. Very disappointed in uhaul !
