While the young woman at Bees was really helpful, the person who actually runs the business was nowhere to be found. The truck was very poorly maintained and really needs to be retired. I brought the truck back before 6:30pm, but the person who was supposed to do the check in (the guy who was nowhere to be found) didn't check it into his system until two hours later, which meant I was charged for another day. I will NEVER go back there.

I had a very hard time using the Uhaul app to pick up my truck. The owner of the store attempted to assist me, but there was only so much he could do.

The location is fine - it's Uhaul as a company that is terrible. The Uhaul app is super buggy and makes checking in very frustrating - constantly deleting the pictures I take, crashing, etc. The box truck was incredibly dirty and poorly maintained - significant rust, dents, scratches, rolling door gets stuck/hard to close, key gets stuck in the ignition, A/C only works when going down a hill, strong smell of smoke inside the cab. Only use Uhaul because it's close to our business, but Enterprise has a significantly nicer experience with new trucks in excellent condition.

Uhaul moved me from my preferred pick on the original contract to a pick up location 15 miles away. The truck was fine and the gentleman at Bees minimart was friendly and as helpful as he could be. Also there were no moving pads available at that location. I had paid for pads on the contract. I had to drive to a different location to get the pads. Uhaul person on the phone did give me extra miles to help make up for the no pads issue.

Clerk said I couldn’t park there. A/C didn’t work, 87 degrees. Drivers seat was broken and uneven. Very dangerous. Had to pay $89.41 for extra mileage and I only put 62 miles on the truck. Very unlikely I will use U-Haul again and I have only been using U-Haul for years.
