Uhaul moved me from my preferred pick on the original contract to a pick up location 15 miles away. The truck was fine and the gentleman at Bees minimart was friendly and as helpful as he could be. Also there were no moving pads available at that location. I had paid for pads on the contract. I had to drive to a different location to get the pads. Uhaul person on the phone did give me extra miles to help make up for the no pads issue.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkClerk said I couldn’t park there. A/C didn’t work, 87 degrees. Drivers seat was broken and uneven. Very dangerous. Had to pay $89.41 for extra mileage and I only put 62 miles on the truck. Very unlikely I will use U-Haul again and I have only been using U-Haul for years.
