TIRZAH DThe associate was very helpful with getting my photos uploaded in the app. I am pleased that I did get charged for not getting my rental checked backed in. The site was supposed to be until 6 PM. I arrived at 6:01, and it was already locked with the lights off. Someone called me the following morning to ask if I had it back by 7:30, and I explained that the can was returned at 6:01.

Pavel Rthey riped me off and lied about the mileage i know what i did in mileage 40 and they are trying to charge me for 119 miles they asked me to prove it with pic of odometer i do not have i asked them to shoe me pic they do not have i hate being riped off and will never recommend them

PAUL PTruck had a warning light that continually sounded as you drove it.
SHARON ATruck has a problem with steering lock restricting key start. Requires difficult movement of steering wheel to release lock every time you go to start truck.it doesn't release immediately leaving you to wonder if you can get it to release. Suggest this is repaired
Peter DIt cost me a lot to deliver the vehicle. The app failed a lot and it was very frustrating. I arrived at 6:45 delivery time and finished the process at 7:30 pm. It took me a long time.

Though I forgot his name, the attendant was an extremely nice and efficient person, he was very quick and straightforward with going through and helping me with the process of renting a pickup truck. I would highly recommend this location and their services, they did a great job and were very helpful.

Danny RYour People's pride and commitment makes for a huge boost in a stressful relocation experience. At both locations, for me, Kirkland and Walter, 1405 130th Bellevue and Ohio State Mike and Highline Jordan, one couldn't ask for better, personal people. Wherever the phone Girl was, she booked the wrong vehicle, so overall, it wasn't perfect. Ohio State Mike was quick on his feet and, "All is well that ends well". I got lucky!

Joseph MThe gentleman at the counter who checked me in was super efficient and professional. Honestly he was a real treat compared with what I expect when renting from U-Haul. The van itself was quite dirty inside and out. The cargo area could have used a thorough sweeping.

Carlia MThe woman checking me in let me know that she had better things to do than wait for me to show up to pick up the van. (I was 25mins late bc my daughter’s nap ran over.) Then she proceeded to talk non-stop while processing my paper work very slowly. I found myself apologizing over and over again for being late. The only thing I signed up for, in addition to the van, was furniture blankets… which she said she didn’t have and told me to go buy my own. So now I have to run an errand, which threw off the rest of my schedule. When I dropped the van off right before the uhaul office closed, the same lady behind the desk told me to just leave the keys in the outside drop box since they were “practically closed already.” She explained that she was doing required trainings and someone tomorrow would process the van return. In regards to the van, it was a rainy day and I found myself hydroplaning a lot — and struggling to get momentum up hill. This is only my second uhaul rental. My first rental went perfectly- zero complaints. This rental just turned me off of this particular location.
Megan SEquipment was marginal. Needed an oil change. But everything worked. Location was a bit slow. Check out and check in took longer than I would have liked.
Benjamin EI was confused about filling up the gas tank. It said it was still full when I was about to drop it off, but I went to the gas station anyway and ended up putting in nearly $20 worth of gas. I'm not sure that was necessary since I definitely didn't use $20 worth of gas. I would have liked some clarification on that before I spent the money unnecessarily. Other than that, pick-up and drop-off were easy. The guy at the counter was very nice. The van was easy to drive and everything was clean. For my first uhaul experience, this was extremely positive!

Patrick NI will never rent a uhaul again because of your face recognition bullshit. Im renting a van - you dont need my photo for facial recognition. You need my license. Total over reach.

BILL WThe lady at the front desk was extremely frazzled and seemed frantic when we checked in for our reservation. She kept over explaining that her job entailed so much more than just u-haul rentals, and it made me feel rather uncomfortable. I asked her if I should rent from another location, and she said no, she just needed me to understand why she was so frantic at the moment. I remained patient and reminded her I’m okay waiting, but she did get slightly snappy and it was a very odd experience. I understand she had a lot going on coming out of a holiday weekend, but was unnecessary stress to put on the customer. I hope no one else experienced her the way I did that morning.

John lThe lady at the desk was exceptional - considerate, polite, and helpful. However, I was upset at the necessity to have a cell phone (including an active text and data plan) to do business with UHaul. I was not offered the copying my driver's license or the clerk taking my portrait. There was a lot of interaction with texting required to check out. When I went to check in, the door was locked at 4pm, when the hours said they were open to 5pm. So, in going to drop my key, I discovered that I also had to have internet (and enough bars to get the signal) to check in. I had already locked the truck and wasn't happy to go back and take pictures of fuel gauge and odometer and again, upload and send them, assuming I had internet. I did not have good cell reception at the keybox and therefore could not finalize my check in. The app just stalled (yes, I did click 'check in without uploading pictures' to no effect). So while the clerk was nice, the equipment was fine, the customer service (not the clerk's fault) was upsetting because of the assumption that I had the technology, the know-how, a data plan, a texting plan, and the understanding of how to operate all these things. I'll gladly accept a delay while standing in lines if these things could instead be done by a real person with whom I can interact. Argh!

John lYou advertise 19.95 rental in city. Why was the bill over 100 dollars for three hours? I would not recomend Uhaul to anyone. It’s false advertising.
KELLIE FVery poor experience! Rude interaction with service representative, and got charged for a cleaning fee for something I did not do. I can’t explain how ridiculous that feels, to be told I’m responsible for a cleaning fee when I only used the van for an hour to transport a few boxes. And then the service rep says they spent extra time cleaning a mat of the van and pulling wood out of crevice, so they charged me. It wasn’t about the fee, it was just that it was straight up wrong, and likely motivated by other factors affecting the service rep.
