There was a warning light on indicating tire pressure was low( never mentioned) and the truck only had 2/3 of a tank of gas. No mention that it needs to be returned with full tank of gas.

Teresa KBel Red Heated Storage tried to scam me by claiming the gas wasn’t returned to the dispatch level. I had photo evidence that it was, sent it to corporate, and got a refund. Extremely fraudulent behavior by them. Furthermore, the vehicle was old, dirty, and smelled awful. It’s clear that Bel Red Heated Storage doesn’t properly clean or maintain the vehicles. Wouldn’t recommend renting from Bel Red Heated Storage!
Daniel WThe location was good. However, I had trouble using the mobile application to check in, so I ended up going inside and working with the person at the desk who was helpful. One area for improvement: when I returned the vehicle, I filled the gas back to the mark, but I was still charged as if I hadn't filled it up. Please review the fuel charge policy to ensure customers are not incorrectly billed.
