Stephen LThe vehicle had a large sticker on the driver side window that interferes with safely operating the vehicle. The sticker had been peeled off but the white backing remained and was right within the line of sight. Further the guide for how much fuel to put in the vehicle was off by gallons leading me to put maybe four more gallons in the truck than was necessary. I mentioned this and got a $20 refund so I’m ok, but future customers are going to do the same.
Michael YThere was a warning light on indicating tire pressure was low( never mentioned) and the truck only had 2/3 of a tank of gas. No mention that it needs to be returned with full tank of gas.
DONALD MMike was very patient with me - even my poor parking job. Would definitely use them again.
