How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was given the truck with an empty gas tank and was told that if I filled it up, the fuel cost would be credited back to me. I trusted what I was told and paid to fill the tank. When I received the final bill, the fuel credit had been removed. I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, but they were not helpful at all. I feel completely misled by this experience. I paid for the fuel based on what I was told, and it seems like they simply had me put fuel in the truck for their benefit without honoring the promised credit. Very disappointing and frustrating customer service.

Margaret lU-haul app did not work correctly for uploading pictures as needed for mobile pick up. Had difficulty getting padlock to open even when using correct code
Stephen LThe vehicle had a large sticker on the driver side window that interferes with safely operating the vehicle. The sticker had been peeled off but the white backing remained and was right within the line of sight. Further the guide for how much fuel to put in the vehicle was off by gallons leading me to put maybe four more gallons in the truck than was necessary. I mentioned this and got a $20 refund so I’m ok, but future customers are going to do the same.
