How U-Haul Reviews WorkI get wrong recipe and wrong charge and still have not figured out for me
Thanaphat WThe managers and staff @ othello were always helpful and pleasant.
Greg WI was given the truck with an empty gas tank and was told that if I filled it up, the fuel cost would be credited back to me. I trusted what I was told and paid to fill the tank. When I received the final bill, the fuel credit had been removed. I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, but they were not helpful at all. I feel completely misled by this experience. I paid for the fuel based on what I was told, and it seems like they simply had me put fuel in the truck for their benefit without honoring the promised credit. Very disappointing and frustrating customer service.
Chethan RWe were very happy with the whole process.
