It would be nice if there was more in the Williams lake area to rent. We did get this one in PG earlier than what we reserved for. But it helped us not to be rushed to pack it up. But we were very happy with the service in PGRobert N.

I specifically asked for a ramp to load a refrigerator by myself and after 40 minutes that it took to do the contract, I found out the truck didn't have one. Not impressed, ruined my whole day!!!!NATASHA B.

Tiny lot for maneuvering/backing up, and the guy who usually handles returns wasn't there and staff still there weren't sure how to process a return. But, the lady was very helpful in figuring things out, helping me (a trailer newbie), backup the trailer, and we managed the unhitching together. Friendly staff, and they have a sweet old shop dog too!Shawn S.

There was blood in the truck .... Our order what changed to a smaller truck then originally reserved, making us have to do two trips with it costing us twice th milage....we reserved a dolly ..and got the wrong dolly... And the online way to get the key for the truck was alot more then expected... We are supposed to be contacted by someone in U-Haul to discuss the payment... As we don't want to pay for the dolly as the wrong one was put in the truck then what we originally ordered. Haven't heard from anyone yet.Kim S.
