The yard was locked on the Sunday return date Aug 30. No information was provided to me on how to open the yard key lock. Myself and the uhaul representative called 4 phone numbers trying to reach the operators, no answer and the phone mailbox was full. I had to return the truck the following monday morning, causing me to be late for my own work. Although the yard was opened at 8 am on the monday, no Uhaul representative was present yet, I had to leave at 8:30 am. It's now tuesday Sept 1, and I have not yet received an emailed receipt with actual mileage charges, and to make sure I have not been charged for an extra days rental. Regards, Will
