I had a terrible experience returning a 26-foot U-Haul truck. After a long, exhausting day of moving, I arrived at the designated drop-off location only to find no parking available and no staff on-site to assist. I spent over an hour trying to find somewhere to park the truck safely, which was extremely difficult to navigate in such a large vehicle, especially late at night. To top it off, I had to call U-Haul customer service at 11:00 PM from home to figure out how to properly return the vehicle because the process was completely unclear and there was no support at the location. This was a very frustrating and inconvenient experience and definitely not what I expected from a company that deals with large vehicle rentals. After a long day of moving, the last thing anyone should have to deal with is poor planning and lack of customer support. I hope U-Haul seriously reconsiders how they manage after-hours returns and ensures parking and proper instructions are available at all return locations.

PHILLIP KEquipment was a little dirty but it is the winter so acceptable. Staff was great at the Beaverton location
