We had to call the people because neither Dolly was on the truck. After waiting an hour and a half he showed up and only had the appliance Dolly. We had to go elsewhere and purchase a furniture Dolly. And you had the audacity to charge me anyway for it. I expect a credit immediately or I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. This location should not be allowed to rent ever again. Most of the people there don’t even speak English. The ones that do the accent is so thick it’s almost impossible to understand.
Tod LI was initially charged 85.00 before even getting the truck, drove it 10 miles. Got charged 435.00 cause they put my mileage in at 310 used. Error they said they are fixing, then ANOTHER charge of 62.00 so THREE separate charges and 2 had better drop off my bank statement.
Michael LGetting to the location was dirty! Trailer was dirty! Was not ready when requested! Man that hooked it up did not tighten the hitch completely and the trailer come off when I let the place! So I was on Ike Bryon Road looking for damage to my truck and the trailer! Finally got the trailer hooked up properly!!

Abranches DI put the gas back in the truck still charge me 35 dollars for gas.20for taxes he made up.rented it for four hrs. Brought back in 2 hours.will never use u-haul again and tell my family and friends not to use u- haul.
