How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe very-slightly-English-speaking guy at Bell Best was very unfriendly, and the rental that online quoted at right around 200$ ended up being around 540$… I expected an added charge for the extra miles put on the truck, but I told him I expected to put 250 miles on the truck which is about what I did…. And the extra 340$ felt like unnecessary financial rape
Daniel RNothing it went well late night drop off no personnel help needed.
Debra CVery friendly service. Easy to reserve, pick up and return. The guys that work at this site are very friendly and helpful. I will use them again if I ever need a UHaul.
Melba SMy location for pick up was changed. Sent to a very secluded location; was not comfortable at all. Upon returning the truck I was charged over $500. I called immediately and was told there was a mistake and he was going to fix it. If I had not called I'm thinking it would not have been corrected. He called U-Haul with me in the line; after much back and forth the payment was adjusted. I am still waiting for the correction on my bank account. I have rented from U-Haul in the past with no issues; this was not a smooth process and will have me looking elsewhere in the future
