The lady has no manners she need it to leave as her father is 93 years old I explainned uhaul told me close at 745pm she stated her schedule was her schedule, she made me carried the jacket to lift the trailer she needs to get a class of customer service and needs to.speak english and uhaul should find better people to have their name around i made a. Please improve your customer service and the cleanliness of the rentals. I received the keys to my uhaul rental from an older female employee. I was just handed the keys and told it was outside. The employee was also on the phone to what seemed to be a personal call. I walked outside only to realize that the location had about 15 to 20 uhaul rentals behind their building and they were all parked in an overgrown grass area next to the woods. This area is in a very secluded and rural area in Florida and overgrown grass in Florida in the summer heat in the woods can attract various dangerous snakes and spiders. My wife walked back inside and spoke to a second female employee and asked for assistance in locating the uhaul rental and asked if she knew where exactly our rental was parked. The employee stated she didn’t know exactly where the uhaul was parked because when other users return their rentals, they park them anywhere. My wife told her the area where the uhauls were parked had overgrown grass. She did apologize but said that we had to go look for it ourselves. We spent about 15-20 min in the florida heat, sweating and cautiously walking in an overgrown grassy area looking for our rental. After finally locating our uhaul rental and inspecting it, it looked clean on the inside. However about one hour into driving our rental and throughout our time of rental we observed several roaches in the cabin area. They were climbing on the walls, behind the seats and underneath the seats. I will not be returning as a customer and will never recommend this location.

That location should not be charging for the days they are closed, and no where to drop off the equipment. Also, they either need to check the equipment immediately and not wait till 5 days later or tell the customer to self check (something we found out from the retailer when we complained). We are seniors and like and are used to in person transactions. We are probably going to access this additional way, especially with new locations, nevertheless there are customers that may not be tech savvy and may still cause an issue. Just FYI.

Do not rent from this location! Very poor communication, not clean or well maintained. The location does not open on Mondays and close by 5/6pm or when ever they want.

The employee wasnt very helpful. I went to return the vehicle and she wouldnt accept the gas gage line on my physical paperwork that i matched to and refused to help with the app. She said herself she didnt know how to work the app and then wasnt very helpful with returning the vehicle. On top of that , most of the uhaul locations in clewiston are closed or just non existent, we didnt even get the location in text like the customer service person said until we were at a different location. Overall, the returning and employees were a headache and waste of time.

Windshield was very dirty with dead bugs. I reserved the truck and equipment 4 days before pickup and had to go to another location to pickup pads, appliance dolly but they didn’t have the furniture dolly’s. Would have been helpful if I knew ahead of time.

The people here were lovely. My complaint is that this location is out in the middle of nowhere. It was an hour and a half from me. I made the reservation at a uhaul right next to me. Same day, my pick up location was moved 30 minutes away, which was already frustrating. It was not until I called myself to confirm my reservation at the location texted to me and they had no clue about any reservation for me. After multiple more departments and phone calls, I was finally informed this was my new pickup. This location was an hour and a half away, I had to drive an extra 3 hours just to pick up the equipment, which was beyond frustrating. The lack of equipment around the area, but more importantly the lack of communication for such a huge and inconvenient change was a massive disappointment all around.

The trailer was dirty and obviously had not been cleaned. There were no other trailer options. I had to drive 80 miles to pick up the trailer when there was a location only7 miles from my house.

It took us an hour an 1/2 to drive from Naples because the truck that we scheduled 3 months prior was not at the location in Naples. You literally called me 16 hours before pick-up to make the change to different location...terrible service!

Maybe don’t tell me my pick up location is 45 minutes away 4 minutes before my pick up time. I understand having to move locations. Telling me With 4 minutes notice that my pick up location is 40 miles away the opposite direction is completely unacceptable.

Nice people, only issue was we had an 8:00am pickup time and they arrived at 8:15 to open, otherwise he was helpful in hooking up the trailer…
