Stop charging extra fees and never return a refund, make sure the vehicle is clean inside and out including steering wheel. Gas should be placed at a half of tank to ensure the next customer can make it to the service station. Great job on servicing the vehicle, i felt safe driving it.

I dropped the truck off on Monday and the lady took my keys and told me she would check it in. It never happened.. I called on Tuesday and the gentleman told me in the morning he would check my truck in in the afternoon, when I called back in the afternoon, he told me he checked it in. I never received my invoice when I had him verify my email address. He told me that he mistakenly did not check me in and had already left., he said he would check me in later that afternoon, at 4:30, he still had not checked me in. They had had the truck now for two days. I called U-Haul Customerservice and filed a complaint. Also confirm the truck was not checked in and left a message for the area service manager. I called back to the U-Haul location where the gentleman screamed at me told me that he had a second job and was not able to check my truck in when I told him I needed my invoice for reimbursement. He said fine. I’ll go do it now and hung up on me. I called back to U-Haul Customerservice and updated my claim to add his erratic unprofessional behavior. 830. I finally received the invoice that he had checked the truck in two days after dropping it off. I would not recommend this U-Haul location nor would I want them representing my company. It was a terrible experience.

JODIE SWhen I walked in the guy was on the phone with someone else and he was more interested in speaking to them than me. He checked the U-Haul out to me in the middle of his conversation with TWO phone calls unrelated to U-Haul business. Also, for two weeks my reservation was in line and when I got there, “we don’t have a furniture dolly or furniture pads.” Luckily a different U-Haul place along our route to loading gave us furniture pads when they heard we had a crew waiting on us to load, and our reservation site dropped the ball. He also told me not to worry about the checkin process of inspecting the truck before pulling off…I took pictures anyways but really? AND he didn’t clear our reservation…I got an email the next day saying that I didn’t pick up the truck I was driving! The 800 number said to ignore that…but it was icing on the cake. And we didn’t have the furniture dolly. Blah!
BRET SU-Haul person was late, young kid with hood on his head. No concern that truck did not have a dolly, pads or that it was full of gas as I requested. I had to go to another store did get everything I needed. Put me a day behind.

Sorry I just love being able to fulfill a service without being perceived by other humans, I should rent uhauls exclusively when the buildings are closed now
