Fix ignition and make sure truck is clean if it’s supposed to be returned clean. Both the inside & outside of windshield were filthy, the cupholders dirty, & we swept up a good dustpan full of dirt/ stuff from truck bed before we loaded up.
Melanie BBetter signage. If the other U-Haul trucks were not parked there one would never know it was a u-Haul location. Trucks were supposed to only be parked on one side of the building, but there was no indication of this. If I hadn't talked to the facility manager I wouldn't have known where to park or where the key drop box was. Include more information on the self-check in app.
Deborah CPlease re evaluate your rates- for a one day rental (10 hours) I paid nearly $500 between truck fee, mileage and gas- seems very high. I will go out of my way not to use again for this reason. Otherwise good experience w service, equipment and your app

YESSICA RMy pickup time was before the office for the rental location was open, so I tried to to a mobile pick up. The experience was terrible and I would not recommend to anyone. I had no luck getting my truck using my phone and no customer service agents were calling me or answering. Finally someone came into the office and helped me and they did a great job. My complaint is about the mobile pickup interface- NOT the person working at the pickup location. She did great.

ROSS BI reserved a 15' truck and appliance dolly online earlier in the week. When I arrived to pick up my reservation this morning, I was informed by the attendant that their location doesn't have dollies or equipment to rent. However, nothing in my confirmation email or on the U-Haul website let me know that an appliance dolly wouldn't be available. So, we had to take a separate trip to a U-Haul location 15 minutes away to pick up the dolly. There was no help or assistance from this facility on this matter. Additionally, the U-Haul truck was filthy on the inside. Someone had clearly spilled coffee on the seat, milk or creamer on the center console, and the floor mats were covered in mud and dirt. The attendant was kind, just not very helpful. The lack of communication and separate trip to a different U-Haul location added more time to our day, and just overall it wasn't a pleasant experience.

CHRISTOPHER KMaintain and inspect trucks being released better. Too many safety issues. Passenger Mirror literally taped in place with electrical tape and therefore not properly adjustable. Not even this facilities fault, as it was repair this way at the previous depot. But this facilities solution was to add more tape. Windshield wiper was loose and fell off during a huge down pour on a mountain pass. One rear tire was not repaced like the other three and was very low tread. In general if we were not more than a 100 percent desperate for this truck I would have walked away. We were also charged in U.S. funds when our quote was clearly Canadian funds and so we now have over a $500 currency upcharge that I have to fight. The overall experience was exhausting, stessful, and nothing I ever want to repeat as a customer.

EDWARD HI'm pissed and physically in pain. When I made this order I "specifically" requested an appliance dolly to help move large items. A day before pick-up I was called and notified that the 15' I requested was not available at the location that I requested (which was closer to my storage unit). The person on the phone assured me that I could still pick it up out of business hours as long as I downloaded the App to follow pickup instructions which I did. The next morning I go to the new location for pickup using the app. I am attempting to verify my location and the app will not register my location tried several times making sure the app had GPS permissions. Ultimately had to use Chrome to start/complete the process so I didn't need the App. Began the walk-a-round no issue, opened the back to verify the appliance dolly I requested was there and it wasn't. Because they weren't open and I had a long day of loading/unloading ahead of me I didn't have time to wait an hour and a half for that location to open. As I was following the pick-up instructions it said to take a picture of any missing equipment... yeah let that sink in, additionally it noted to upload the pictures but then the website doesn't offer an attach image section in the process. So I finish the pickup steps and drive to the storage unit and fortunately they had a dolly I was able to use there. I drive 4 hours and start unloading everything and when I get to the larger items because I don't have a dolly I have to man-handle 4 large-heavy items out of the truck and down the ramp and ended up straining my lower-back and right shoulder. Luckily my wife had some Ibuprofen and I took 1000mg just to get through it. We go to turn in the vehicle at our location (which when I was selected a place to return the website specifically stated there was a $56 reduction for returning at this location) I didn't receive any reimbursement from my original purchase and when I told the employee the appliance dolly I requested wasn't in the truck when I picked it up he didn't even respond he looked over the vehicle and then checked gas and mileage. When he checked mileage he told me that I was 6 miles over the limit allowed. If I had picked up the Uhaul at my requested location I would not have needed to drive the additional 6 miles they are now charging me for. Then because apparently he didn't care that I paid for rental equipment and didn't get he asks for payment for the over mileage. So, I wasn't reimbursed for rental equipment I never used, there was no $56 price cut for returning to that location, and my back and shoulder are still messed up from from having to wrestle stuff out. I am using Budget from now on unlimited mileage, lower costs, and their medium truck is larger.

Curran EYou guys saved the day. I drove six hours to help my daughter move the vehicle that we had reserved at another rental place fell through. U-Haul customer service was able to find the closest location to me and get me a truck five minutes. Excellent customer service!

JULIE SIt would be helpful to point out how to adjust the mirrors since it feels like you are going to break them when you try to move them, and it's really important to be able to have as much mirror visibility in a vehicle you are not familiar with.

Pamela RWe rent a unit here as well as a truck on occasion. Place is well maintained and everybody we've interacted with has been great. Wish they had vans though. The box truck is always a lot more than what we need but the proximity to our shop makes it worthwhile.

Christopher KThis location has no appliance dollies/hand trucks (though the online form allows the user to order one, and charges for it, without indicating that it is unavailable). This is the fault of the Uhaul web page not the location, and is the only lack that I experienced. Otherwise the service and equipment were excellent.

James MCheck in and check out by phone is not easy- I had to call to get access. The lock that holds the key was hard to open, luckily my son was able to do it. No lock on back of truck. When checking in I have to do the process twice, same thing happened two weeks ago.
