The person working couldn't even help me. Had to call someone on the phone who then did everything. Gave me the wrong vehicle so had to call customer to get it resolved. At drop off same guy had no idea what was going on and just told me to leave.

Iman, the station manager is super helpful and friendly. This is a great location for 10’ covered box trucks. I wish they had one or two 9’ vans, but the box trucks suffice.
BRIAN NThere was only one person on duty to handle the store, gas, etc. and it took an hour and we called U-Haul and they finished the check out on there end. instead of 48 blankets there was only 28 although we paid for the 48. we think at times they didn't really understand what we were saying and couldn't respond well. We blame U-Haul for this as they need to vet better. last time we went to a competitor and it went great.
