They charged us double for almost everything when we were clean, on time, and understanding when it took them 15 minutes AFTER our reservation time to get our vehicle. They also did not have the one that we reserved so we were flexible in down grading and still got charged $130 on a $75 receipt. Trying to work this out on top of moving is beyond stressful, will not be renting with Uhaul ever again.

Super simple drop-off!!
Zach VI just didn't like picking up from one location and dropping off at another. Added time to my hired movers fee. And they said it would be at the storage unit place.

Teri MMy experience at the Sunset Marathon location was excellent. They were clean, and efficient. Their late drop off hours were a bonus. Most places close around 5. Sunset Marathon stays open until 9 which was very convenient for me.
