My experience at the Sunset Marathon location was excellent. They were clean, and efficient. Their late drop off hours were a bonus. Most places close around 5. Sunset Marathon stays open until 9 which was very convenient for me.

Don't allow me to set a reservation and then change it last minute to a location 20 miles away, thus costing me much more in mileage.
Zachary PSlightly difficult parking by a driver familiar with large vehicles. Personnel came out and helped to direct.
Jacqueline SIt took an hour and a half and two customers service calls just to be able to get the keys to the U-Haul we had reserved ahead of time. They allowed us to make up the 1.5 hours at the end but it ruined our entire moving plans. This was the worst experience I’ve had and we weren’t even able to get everything moved because of extensive time trying to get the keys.
Irena VThe truck was in rough shape, and the check in process took an hour because the computer wasn't working at the location. I was told to call in and set up the booking, but was hung up on twice by the customer service. After I called in, the attendant said I needed to show the key number in order to get the rental.
