The vehicle itself was fine, but the staff at this location does not speak English. We picked a different location for our pick-up and received an email the location was changed to this Marathon gas station. So we drove to this location (farther in distance than where we lived) to pick up the vehicle. There was only one employee working in the gas station, but he did not speak English. We had a couple questions as to whether he had the mileage recorded yet (you get charged per mile drive) prior to us driving away and if we were a little late bring back the truck in 2 days, how the charges work. He definitely could not understand what we were asking, even with his phone translation app. We ended up taking a picture with our cell of the miles on the truck before we left. Again, no issues with the truck itself, but please have staff that can speak/understand English. Not a good start to our move and would never recommend this location.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOne of the side mirrors would not adjust and the employee did not know how to fix it. I drove 7 miles yet put in $25 to fill tank when I dropped off the box truck. The gauge showed looked full when I picked up but seems like gas gauge is not accurate if it took approximately 5 gallons of gas after only 7 miles. Employees at Marathon gas could not speak English at all. It is difficult to do business when you cannot communicate. I will never rent at this location again.
nikolina yThe interior of the truck was dirty. The box was not swept by the last renter. Windshield was dirty, surprisingly, there was washer fluid! I think this is the first vehicle I've rented that actually had washer fluid! The vehicle could use some maintenance, tire balalnce, alignment, etc. Overall, fair condition for the mileage.

Stan aThey charged us double for almost everything when we were clean, on time, and understanding when it took them 15 minutes AFTER our reservation time to get our vehicle. They also did not have the one that we reserved so we were flexible in down grading and still got charged $130 on a $75 receipt. Trying to work this out on top of moving is beyond stressful, will not be renting with Uhaul ever again.
