It wasn't the location it was the app which caused all the issues.

Communication was an issue. Brought truck in and received no receipt for drop off

Jamie LThe place where I was told to pick it up when I made the reservation wasn't open. I had to make multiple calls to figure out where to go. Then a really nice guy at another store named Dawson was great. I ended up having to pick it up at another store, though, and this guy had zero English. It was not helpful. We had to google insurance plans to make sure I had that and figure out what I needed. He helped customers in the gas station and helped me inbetween customers.
AUDREY BI reserved a U-Haul at the Lincoln Street address at 730 am and they did not load my key to get the truck so I had to go to Sunset instead. That added mileage to my rate but they supposedly gave me a $50 credit for the inconvenience. I will see if that happened when I get my credit card statement.
