The truck was filthy, front seat covered in muddy dog foot prints, and stunk of cigarette smoke, clearly not even attempted to be cleaned. Back of truck was loaded with sand and salt, as well as muddy footprints.JOHNANTHONY H.

The lady that service me, lied to me, she told me that there is a $9.00 deposit on the trailer, and said it will be removed when the trailer is returned. She said she could not give me a copy because the printer was not working. I returned it and still no copy of the contract. Later in the day I see she charged me w/insurance ($8.00 fee) which I did not ask for. I'm calling U-haul main office to let them take care of it.Tommie B.

They had to have wrote down wrong millage,, I got charged for an extra 122 miles on a 104 mile trip ,, and I've got the fuel receipt to prove it ,, cause I know damn well that can loaded doesn't get 34+ miles to the gallon,, I know you can go back to the last person before me and check their ending miles to get this straight .. Make it easier for the location to start/complete a rental. I basically had to stand in their store and complete the rental on my phone so I could pick up the unit. Not very user friendly for the facility.Gabriel B.
9am pickup location was changed at 8 pm the night before through a text message. When I called customer care the man told me scheduling department was closed so there was nothing he could do to change the reservation. Ended up ha omg to drive an hour out of my way to get it, costing me time and MILEAGE. U-Haul is a scam and I will never rent a vehicle from you all again.Abdul Q.

First of all uhaul told me on the phone that I got the first 50 miles included in the price quoted. When we arrived at the Kwik Stop they said that was not true. They had never heard of that. So I was charged for every mile. That is false advertising. Then the actual truck only had 9 miles of gas in it with the nearest gas station 5 miles away. They were not very knowledgeable about the rules. I have used uhaul before but never will I again. And I will advise friends and family of the poor service I received.Brian W.

Very easy to work with but location is far out and water flood in area caused issues getting the truck in and out of the area. No closer areas have smaller trucks.Melanie L.
Worst experience ever with U-Haul. I made the reservation in person at the U-Haul facility a few blocks from my house. The day before the rental date, I was told I would have to pick up the truck 40 miles from my house. When I got there, they didn't have the 2 dozen pads I also had ordered (they only had three pads and they were filthy). I was given the regional manager's phone to call about getting the pads and it constantly rolled to voice mail every time I tried to call him, and his mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. I was charged for the 2 dozen pads anyway and was told I would need to call corporate to get a refund. When I called corporate, I was on hold for 20 minutes and finally gave up. No way to treat customers!Richard V.
was happy with Belsches, truck worked great. A little put off by 1.29 mileage rate, vs Budget at .69 mileage rate. Would rather work with U-Haul but mileage rate will be prohibitive in the future.Gustavus G.

I was told that the drop off was completely set up for gas and everything. Got to the drop off location and NOPE. NO GAS! Haven't had gas in this location since forever. So I had to drop off with half a tank and get charged ridiculously for gas. AWESOME! Then I go on to turn in keys and the computers were down. No receipt, no nothing. I had to trust that everything would be fine. AWESOME! Oh AND the truck leaked and my stuff got wet! AWESOME AGAIN!!!!!!!!!Dawn S.
