I did an after hours drop off so I didnt interact with anyone directly, however I will have to return to the business tomorrow because there was no key drop off box as it said there would be at the location.

Delmar LCustomer service over the phone was terrible. I had to pick up a U-Haul 22 miles away from where I needed it, but there was a U-Haul store in town that had trucks. Not sure why that that’s the closest location they showed.
