It was a great experience. I must have called him a hundred times for one thing or another. He was patient and very nice. The truck was clean, it did not smell, and it ran great.

Delmar LCustomer service over the phone was terrible. I had to pick up a U-Haul 22 miles away from where I needed it, but there was a U-Haul store in town that had trucks. Not sure why that that’s the closest location they showed.
