The flatbed that I had reserved online was not at the location but Duncan got me a cargo trailer instead which was great. Next time I will call before I go over to be sure the online reservation was received

We cleaned the van when we got it .it was pretty filthy honestly. I was double charged. I was too gold the van on my credit card and when i returned i paid cash i got double charged with cash and card.

Took an hour to rent a 10ft truck with only one person in front of us, the employee entered a wrong email and didn't enter a destination for drop off on the contract and also said I was fine to drop it off at any uhaul location. so when I went to drop it off at a location with 4 open spots that employee rudely said I cannot bring any equipment there or I would be charged double. After calling the drop off line, Jessica was probably the rudest person I've talked to over the phone and is a sorry excuse for a manager if she is actually one. Customer shouldn't be inconvenienced for something uhaul messed up on.

The tow dolly was covered in snow, the straps frozen, and the rep charged me for two days when I specifically told him only needed it for a couple hours. I would like the refund for the day I did not use it.

I brought the truck a few hours later then the contract stated. I know I was late didn't expect to get charged for a whole additional day though. Seems like there would be away to prorate hourly in these situations.

The Location and Brian were great but UHaul reservation sucks did not have the truck I had reserved which cost me time money mileage gas and a second trip the following day if I could give zero stars I would but don't want it to reflect on Brian or his establishment. Again UHaul itself is horrible and is the reason for an extremely poor experience.

Try to fix trucks from dents and scratches. So who ever rents it does not have to be worried they will get charged.

Bryan was friendly and knowledgeable. He also made a major effort to have everything I wanted in one place. There was an issue with a dash light on the truck, and Bryan resolved the issue before letting me leave. He was the only U-Haul person I dealt with {of several} who wanted me to have a good experience. The people I talked to on the phone at other locations could stand to learn from Bryan. Lastly, the U-Haul website needs a lot of improvement..it is definitely NOT "user friendly".

Very nice manager. Stayed late to make sure I could get my trailer. Would be nice if you had other trailers available there like the oepn ramp trailers.

Not lie to customers, furnish what was ask for at price quoted, and be there on time. Last week my friend requested a 15 foot truck and a car dollie for Monday and was quoted $392 for the truck and $59.95 for the dollie. Friday she was advised the truck and dollie would be available in Strasburg and then Sunday was called and advised that they lied and the truck would have to be picked up in Denver. After discussing the issue they were going to have the truck in Bennett (yeah!). When I arrived the office was not open and a phone call revealed he was running late. When he arrived, just before 10:00, was advised the truck was a 20 foot truck and would cost $579.79 and car dollie was not there. We loaded truck and headed to Strasburg where he found dollie. In Strasburg was advised dollie would be $103 plus $30 to $50 for insurance. Instead of sharing the driving both vehicles were driven back.

It was handy, no one was there, it was a self drop off and had to call in to confirm drop off. Kind of pain since I don't like phones and worried that trailer could be taken after I dropped it off and then charged for it. Oh well - it worked.
