Terrible trailer. Take this one out of the fleet!!! The handle to lift the tongue was missing. Not cool. Once when opening the door, the latch got stuck up into the top of the trailer and I couldn't get it out. Thankfully I was still at home and was able to get a crowbar to get it unstuck. Then I had to take the crowbar with me out of fear it would happen again. The thing was just filthy. everything came out dirty and greasy. Terrible experience.DAN D.
I have rented from this facility several times over the last year that we have been in Bentonville, AR and I have been exceptionally well pleased each time!!! Chris, the manager, has done a superb job of managing and has hired exceptional employees. This time Harley helped me and as he has been in the past, bent over backwards to make me feel welcome and went all out to help with my trailer rental. I have never and will never use anyone else as long as we are anywhere close to their facility. Thank you Harley, Cliff RiceClifford R.
Truck is clean, but its maintained in poor state. Gas was at 3/8 and I handed it over at 3/8. Still app charged me $12 for gas, I only drove 10 miles ( I'm not sure who wrote the logic to charge me $12 for 10 miles, kudos to the logic writer). App is another nightmare to use, it responds back very slowly when uploading images. It took 15 min to complete checkout. Since it's weekend I had to return it over app, I added a comment saying to call me as I'm not comfortable to be charged for gas. But I haven't received any call, I simply got a final receipt which included the gas price in it. When call the associate said since I returned it at low gas i was charged, then after I told him I had pics of the truck when I took it and when I returned it, he said its a system mistake and he is initiating a refund. Not sure what game is being played.Mahesh P.
Returning the trailer seemed to go smoothly until several days later I got a phone call & email stating I had not returned the equipment. I had to call & get it straightened out, which I should not have had to do if it was checked in properly.Polly P.

This is second time I use this location. First time rented a trailer for one day. Returned it on time but it rented out again without being check it. My bill that was supposed to be $79 turned out to be $389. This time I rented a truck for less than 24 hours, put 13 mile on it. Returned it on time and my bill is $178 because it says I drove more than a 100 miles and kept it for several days. Something is definitely going on here. I called uhaul 1833 number and none can help and kept being put on hold for the next person. Spent 2 hours on the phone with no solution and no one to talk toSidi T.

Nothing! Both agents I worked with (pick up and drop off) were professional, courteous and timely! Appreciated them greatly. Entire facility is new and clean. Very nice! And the U-Haul agents even have nice, high quality professional branded and collared shirts. May not matter to anyone but me, but it helps with the professional look!Michelle W.

The original selected pickup site was Pawn USA. When it was time to pick up the U-Haul website said â€œno 5x8 trailers availableâ€ there. This happened the last time I rented U-Haul as well. And even though it states you get $50 if your reservation is not available there is some reason one never qualifies. The closest alternate place listed to pick up was THE SAME PLACE. Called Pawn USA and he was extremely apologetic and hooked me up with a location that really did have a 5x8 on site, Bentonville U Storage. Much appreciated his help but don't understand why the U-Haul website was so useless. Fortunately Bentonville U Storage was very polite, helpful, and quick to get me back on schedule asap. The counter person with the skateboard was top notch and would work with him again.BARBARA W.

I booked a 20 ft uhaul truck 2 weeks in advance of my move. It was scheduled for pickup on 7/30 at 8 am. I arrived at 8:15 and was informed that my uhaul would not be available until 11 and I â€œshould have been contacted by the transportation departmentâ€. I wasn't informed or I would have made other plans since I had a team of people who drove over 2 hours to help me move. The guy at the desk was very unfriendly and basically told me I was out of luck until 11. Three other people came in while I was there (for an hour, because I refused to leave without a truck) and all of them had the same issues. I'm not sure what's going on at that location or if it was just today, but it sure didn't look good for the company. One of the men was sent there from Joplin because they didn't have the truck he had booked, then he got to Bentonville and they didn't have a truck either. Customer service is nonexistent. I had an estimated 24 min wait to speak to someone. Needless to say, I will not be using uhaul again nor will I ever refer them to anyone I know. It wouldn't have been as bad if the desk guy offered to comp something for my wasted time, but instead he was just a jerk and acted like I was an idiot. What's the point of booking in advance if the item isn't available??Shea L.

Truck cargo box leaked rainwater on furniture and U-HAUL did a leak test for 15 mins. and that is equal to a daylong drive in the rain. They wouldn't cover the damage, will NEVER use U-HAUL again.Ray S.

I found the online on-site check-in very confusing and frustrating. It took me almost an hour to get checked in and I could not reach anyone by phone for assistance. This is why I am giving an average rating. It isn't the fault of this location, rather the process used by Uhaul overall.Cynthia M.

This location was awesome, they actually took the trailer when no other location would even though they were full. No other location we reached out to including the one we were assigned to drop off at in Pea Ridge would take the trailer with the excuse of they were all full.James H.
The check in and return app was very un user friendly. Very confusing. I will never rent a truck on a Sunday again. When I added a designated driver other than the person renting the truck the trouble began because it changed the name for the App to the designated driver. and all the info I added, pictures and charge card were deleted.
