We rented 2 dozen moving pads in 4 bags. All were somewhat dirty. Two bags were very dirty and very wet. We had to return them and get replacements which were also dirty but at least dry.

Darwin SI had the U-Haul 10 or 12 hours returned it in the same shape I picked it up in. It had a quarter tank of gas when I picked it up. I left it with almost a half a tank of gas returned it 10 hours early and was charged another $120 on top of the 210 that I paid for it Which made this $330 rental fee for a half a day and mark down it was a cleaning fee. It didn’t rain that day. There was no mud. I was on the asphalt all day nowhere near mud or anything we loaded just furniture in it out of my house, which was clean and unloaded it Leaving no dirt or debris or trash inside the U-Haul but yet I was charged $100 cleaning fee and that is more like a scam if they wanted $350 to rent it for a half a day they should just say it upfront instead of Reading it for 175 a day and then adding all these fees to where you’re up over $300 I will definitely tell everybody that I know about this scam that U-Haul is pulling on people you can bet on it
JAMES SThe wireless network in this location is weak, so the U-Haul app doesn't work well. It took me several attempts to pick up the truck in the app. And I was unable to upload pictures when I returned the truck. It would be nice if the storage place had a guest Wi-Fi network.

JOANNA AHarley was very helpful both when I called ahead and at the store. Pick-up and drop-off of the truck were very quick and easy.
REBECCA RParking options were almost non-existent. I drove drove a 26-ft truck in there and no one was available to help me back it into a parking spot. Parking was extremely tight and I was not comfortable pulling into a parking spot by myself. So I parked it directly next to another 26-ft truck in an open area of the parking lot. I did not know beforehand that the scheduled drop off time was after hours. No one ever notified me of this, so I had no idea that I was going to incur an extra $20 charge, and then because they weren't happy with where I parked it, they charged me a $75 additional fee and labeled it as a cleaning fee. I will never use this drop off location again for anything. Very unprofessional and discourteous. It's also extremely frustrating that when I booked this over the phone, I was not made aware that the location would be closed upon drop off. Very frustrating and bad customer service. My contract doesn't State anything about an after hours drop off. It was just scheduled for Sunday morning.

JAMES EYour pricing is deceptive. This is not a knock on this location. The location was fine. The workers were nice. The truck was old old, and could not get above 60. I was afraid the wheels were going to come off. The rattles and noise from the wheels were worrisome. Two men and a truck quoted me 300. I thought I could save money renting a u-haul. I saved about 60 bucks. It is not worth it. I will never rent a u-haul again. The truck scared me. The cost is WAY too much and the hidden costs of renting is not disclosed. Never never going to use you again. Never.
RUBEN WI have used Bentonville U Storage for rentals four times since June, 2024. Evey rental experience was outstanding. The two young men who manage the rentals are courteous, helpful and professional.

SIVARAMAKRISHNA NThe staff was friendly and I don't have much of an issue with this location in particular, however the truck rented out to me was not safe and should not have been allowed to be rented out. The transmission on the truck was not working properly and at multiple stop signs/ lights the truck would not stop. It's a honestly a miracle I didn't get in a serious wreck. U-haul customer service was very unhelpful when I explained to them the situation and that I did not feel safe driving the truck and instead threatened me with a hefty fine if I returned the truck in at a closer location rather than the one I had agreed to dropping it off at before knowing the condition of the truck. Not to mention the doors did not close properly on the truck.

RUTH DI had a unit reserved and when I arrived I was informed that I no called no showed and the unit was given to someone else. I was told that the location called texted and emailed, oddly enough I didn’t receive any of that. I ended up with a day rental on a smaller truck when I needed a larger truck with a ramp for two days. Thanks for the extra soar back and the inconvenience.

THOMAS BI would be inclined to give this store a negative star if not for the young man who was working on the day I picked the trailer up. I will say at this point that the equipment was in good condition and everything functional. I had the trailer for one day and due to complications I was running a little late on morning of the drop off, before I could call to inform them they called me. We communicated about getting the trailer dropped off. He told me if I was there at a certain time I wouldn’t be charged extra but due to unforeseen circumstances in traffic, a wreck I had to detour around I was 10 minutes later. He charged me double for being late and was extremely rude on the phone when I called to ask him about it. He kept talking over me not letting me speak. I would not recommend renting a trailer from this location

DAKOTA CI have my route. We spent a little over 20 miles and the lot tried charging us 80. If I rented it for 4 hours..less even...how would that have been possible? I refuse to be scammed. I entered the REAL amount of mileage but the mileage we began with was incorrect. I canceled my card because I damn sure will NOT let you get away with 80 more dollars for a short 4 hour rental for a couch 6 miles from your location. Also, the brakes were scary...very sketchy...and the truck smelled like urine.
Richard SWe dropped off the truck shortly after hours and parked behind 2 other Uhaul trucks in the parking spaces in front of the Ustore storefront location. We were no where near the entrance to the storage facility gate itself. We received a bill for $25 this morning, which ironically was listed as a cleaning bill. I had already called our pickup location to complain about the milkshake spillage from a previous renter throughout the back of the truck. The gentleman at our pickup location spoke to the drop-off site and was told that the fee was actually for parking in an invalid parking space and blocked the entrance to the Ustore storefront. The sign said they were not open on Sundays and we dropped it off Saturday evening. I spoke to someone at Ustore who was not willing to remove this charge and said we were blocking the entrance. Blocking the entrance to a closed storefront makes no sense. There are sidewalks there and walkways between the marked horizontal parking spaces. If there was another location designated to park vehicles, it should have been posted. We simply parked behind 2 other trucks in front of the storefront.

SETH PThis feedback is for the Uhaul location in Bentonville where I made arrangements to rent the uhaul: I am from Missouri and I rent uhaul from Arkansas about 20 times a year. I was charged approximately $500 dollars because the in store clerk set my return for in-town or local. I have never rented local or in-town from another state. Also, I should have been informed and made aware of any and all possible charges I would incur and be charged, not blindly and arbitrarily charged $500.

Walter DOMG! The staff here is awesome! Funny, easy going, two of them are so in synch they say the same thing together at the same exact moment. Fast, efficient, low key, calm...just one of the best CS experiences I've had since the pandemic. I left my sunglasses in the truck when I dropped it on a Sunday. No problem! Got them back right away. No attitude, no sulkiness...it was like a river rapid trip....you need to study these guys....it's the future of CS

WESLEY DNice new place, but difficult to bring in a big truck and know where to go. All the gates are closed. After my abysmal experience with the U-Haul APP I went in to talk to someone. They took the key and said I was good to go and they would email the receipt. I didn't receive a receipt and got a notification from U-haul that my truck was late being returned. I called the location and left a message (they were closed) and called U-haul and told the call center agent what happened. They sent a message to the location and I got the receipt the next day - all correct. A little frustrating, but not too bad.
