I have to admit you haul, you guys are definitely go in the wrong way with customer service.\nAnd the condition of the equipment. It's been a while since I rented anything from U-Haul, and this time I rented a 6 / 12 cargo trailer. What a piece of junk. The only thing it had going for itself is , it had four new tires. The inside was dirty.\n The outside of the trailer looked like it had been sitting in the desert for 10 years. The decals were all split, peeling, faded.\n The rear taillights. We're so faded from the Sun.The only time you could see that they were on was that night. And very dim at best. There was no one at the location.It took them about a half hour to get to the u haul location. Another thing u haul you shouldn't automatically assume that everybody's gonna have a cell phone. I did not receive one piece of paper, a rental agreement. A receipt, nothing from that office. She just automatically assumed that she was gonna put that on my email.\nWhat if I didn't have an email connected to my phone ? After I left with the disappointing piece of junk trailer that you had expected. me to drive all the way across country 1600 miles. I guess I just got lucky. Then about 6 hours after I picked up the trailer, I got a phone call from U-Haul, want to know if I still wanted the reservation for the 6 / 12 cargo trailer? I told the lady I already have the trailer.You people need to update your records. The next morning, the day after I picked up the trailer, I get another call telling me that they're still holding the reservation for my 6 / 12 cargo trailer, do I still want a trailer or not? I told them, I already got a phone call that I already picked up the trailer. So cancel your reservation.That's the second person that said they were gonna cancel the reservation. The next day I get another call.Do you still want the trailer?The 6 / 12 cargo trailer.If not , we're gonna cancel the reservation
Mike DThis location is great . Friendly staff . Easy pick up .i opt to Self check in via app , however the check out process was a a bit different, however this is a 3rd party issue . After the 5th step of completing photo process, it kept spinning , after the 3rd try of picture taking , waiting to get confirmation , I got tired of waiting and I just went back to Home Screen, and taaadaa it said my check out was successful.

NORMA BThe return process was ridiculous. I pulled in parked it and went to the office. There was a note in on the door “be back at 1:00” mind you this was right around 11:00 AM. However they left a phone number. I called twice-no answer. Was going to drop the key in the after hours return box and saw the signage before you drop your keys make sure to check out using the U-Haul app or website. I don’t have an account that I am aware of so I called the 800-GO U-HAUL number. Apparently my phone location settings weren’t set up for the website so I had to go correct all of that. Then I went back and began the checkout process online. First I take a picture of the odometer and when I posted it first two digits were not showing up so when I tried to log the mileage (9 miles) it said your finishing mileage can’t be less than your starting mileage. I take another picture now it works. Then I proceed to take the rest of the pictures but the website is now frozen so I can’t post them. I walk to the office completely frustrated I’m going to drop the keys in the box and leave, I no longer care about the checkout protocols. Now the guys that left the sign about being gone until 1:00 are back. I hand him the key and he was very accommodating and helpful. Seriously though, the checkout was a nightmare. I was there trying to drop off the truck for over a half hour easily, maybe even 45 minutes. The pickup was also slow. The guy I worked with was good, I don’t blame him, but it was going slow.

TIMMIE GThe attendant working on Saturday when I returned the trailer seemed more interested in something else than informing me of what the return process was. As an older customer, there is a lack of customer service these days.
PAUL SWhen picking up truck both back tires said low for tires. Price for receipts have chaged from 82.88 to 101.25 unsure why. Makes no sense!

MICHAEL SPick up was fast and easy. Customer service was excellent, she handled the complete hitch up, connections and light check out. She was the friendliest U-haul person I have ever had the pleasure to work with, and I have rented a lot of equipment over the years. Very pleasant experience. Did self return, which was fairly easy.

Kristen BThere was some prior damage that I mentioned to then location and they said I would get a text. The side skirt on the driver side was bent and the cup holder was broken.
Kenneth TMan at counter was angry because we were renting a 15 foot truck and taking it out of town more than once he told us “ you don’t have to rent it “ very disrespectful and to top it off he changed the price of our rental and said that our quote didn’t include insurance and some kind of other things and come to find out it was all included all except my taxes he’s a lair and a thief he need a class in customers service

TODD TFuel wasn't full when I picked it up. Apon return waited 1/2 hour after opening time for someone to show up.

Marci bI do nit understand a cleaning fee I drove the truck 10 miles in total didn't eat or drink in it and gas was full.i guess since they didn't make money on mileage they had to make it another way. Gentslman was very rude. The young lady that was there when I picked it up was exceptional!

MARIA WSecret handled everything quickly and efficiently. She was knowledgeable, respectful, and kind. I wish every business I dealt with had someone like her in their office. The price was fair, even if it rarely makes sense how a $20 rental always ends up costing four or more times that amount.
KRISTIN MSecret was there to help me with hitching up my truck to the trailer and to remove it. This young lady was absolutely knowledgeable and a terrific person. I was very impressed by her work ethic. Not many men could do half of what she was able to accomplish. Thank you Secret.
SANDRA ANothing to add. I will say that the customer service rep at the location (young lady named Secret) was excellent. In fact the only reason I went back to this location was her customer service skills.

Esti PThe girl who helped us with our equipment pickup was great. Only issue I had was that one of the tires had low air pressure. Turns out that the tire had a slow leak. Just glad I had my portable air compressor with me. Location was very convenient.

JAKE KOwner tried to charge an extra 25.00 cleaning debris off the floor. I’ve been rented trucks that were dirty but never complained. And the owner acted clueless in regards to applying a discount to my rental bill. I would never recommend this location.
