I feel humiliated and disrespected by this location. I received the vehicle on 11/04/24 and returned the vehicle to the drop off location on 11/05/24 after 1 days usage. The vehicle was full of fuel and I returned the dolly myself. At no time did anyone come out to look at the vehicle before I left. I had to park the vehicle myself and return the keys to the office. I was not given a receipt before I departed showing the date and time the vehicle was returned. I was told the vehicle would be checked in on 11/06/24. I called that day to see if it had been checked in. They said no, and not to worry about the check in date. This caused me undue anguish because I wanted this contract completed in a timely manner. That shouldn't be that difficult. I called U-Haul corporate to express my concern, and they tried to connect with this location but was unable to. Today I get my receipt showing the vehicle was checked in on 11/07/24 after the agreed turn in time. I have never been treated like this by U-Haul after many moves in my 30 year Marine Corps military career and afterwards. I expected better and I don't intend to use U-Haul services again. Timeliness means everything and I'm disappointed. I don't want to responsible for a vehicle I've already turned in. Thanks for listening.

Then again you went from a bad experience to a worse experience. I had to wait for almost 30 minutes to get a total dip shit to take the truck and trailer back. I’ll be thinking twice about using this company again. WP has spoken

I should've gotten a deposit back and they don't give back deposits! I was told on the phone I would receive my deposit only for them to tell me they don't do deposits AFTER I paid my money

I got the U-Haul and it wasn't cleaned and now wants to charge me for it. Here's my pictures that I took. I was so disappointed. I paid $90 for a 34 miles run and still wants to charge me more. I was disappointed. Paying upfront is a no for me. Thanks U-Haul

We were VERY VERY Satisfied, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND this establishment in the future, they went above and beyond to meet our needs even when we called a few mins before closing time they told us to come ion and they waited and served us and we never once felt rushed or we were inconveniencing them at all .**. gracias **thank you ** again !!!

My total cost of the uhaul was 90 dollars. I had to pay a 160 all together because it was a prepaid card and the lady said I had to pay a deposit and that I would get it back. I’m yet to receive my deposit back.

I was originally scheduled to pick up on Gillespie Street in Fayetteville, then got transferred to Bragg Blvd in Fayetteville and the final truck was picked up in Lumberton. The last customer took the truck to the wrong place. it took me over two hours to get the account straightened out and then they gave me very little gas and I was afforded to get the utility truck that was promised to me. This was the WORST experience I've ever had with UHAUL in the 20 years that I've used you.
