Customer service was God awful. I had rented a dolly and furniture pad, but I never got ( that I paid to have) And he did a horrible job of explaining what I needed to do. I had never rented a U-Haul before so I was very confused. And he was making no sense whatsoever. Once I left, the U-Haul itself is fine. But just the whole process of it was horrible.

Nadin CAll of the equipment I ordered with the truck was not available when I picked up. I spent at least 15 minutes on the phone with someone there trying to get the rental because they guy behind the desk couldn't figure it out. The location is very sketchy. I did not feel safe.

Customer service was non-existent.. the back compartment of the truck smelled like urine. The return process was just as bad. I ultimately made sure that I took pictures of everything and was prepared if any questions were to be asked. I will not return to this location again.

QUINCY LI received a truck that was absolutely dirty inside with its little hands half-fallen and in a deplorable state. I went to do my job 45 minutes later and supposedly this time would be included as part of the contracted time that was no longer 24 hours, but limited me to 4 hours of service, an incredible scam. I had to do my job in the minimum time to be able to deliver it before the 4 hours of the original contract. I took it and the most loaded and stupid process began. In order to return the truck because at that moment if they want the truck very nice, very clean and obviously in the best possible condition, the return to the app system took me half an hour that no one recognized me and I had to call the company again so that they would send me my payment receipt and be able to leave that place of gloom. It is incredible how the rent fell for this company. It is not what it was before. The work must be done completely by the user, the one who rents as an employee of the company, which we are not. It was a terrifying experience and an experience that I am going to put on social networks, because no one told me an excuse for this. poor service.
Jorge lYou check in and out with an app. The problem is that reception is terrible and almost nonexistent. I arrived in a timely fashion to return the truck. After phone calls and walking around to get a signal, I was still there for 40 minutes. A 10 minute task is what it should have been. Please improve the signal strength at this location.

The WIFI sucked and not a good experience at all. Called the 1 800 when I never got a receipt. Was told the manager would call us back. This was 3 days ago and no call back. Why was I charged 2 days to go 112 miles? This is BS. I would never use UHAUL again ever. Terrible customer service. People are not knowledgable and you are ripping off the customers with not having things explained correctly and rude workers.
JACQUELINE DReserved a u haul for a specific location, day of move the uhaul was moved to another location in a dangerous neighborhood at a gas station in Atlanta without notice/email/phone call. Wasted over an hour just to get our uhaul. Poor service and communication.

Dashane EI encountered on issue picking up. The owner of the vehicle crystal began yelling at me from one of her associates phones. I was on my phone with a uhaul rep who was trying to assist me. The owner was offended that I called the uhaul rep. The rep heard the whole exchange and apologized on behalf of uhaul. When she went to escalate the issue she realized the person who was yelling at me was the person who would get the complaint email. So we left.

Judy BMake sure vehicle is clean (trash) and has gas (also broken windshield wiper ). Know how to do the process for picking up a rental. Had to use the App even though we set up for in person pickup. Person at location was clueless.

Quinterrius DThis was the worst u-haul experience I've ever had. The app works terribly. I kept getting "internal errors" and it took forever to load anytime I clicked a button. It didn't make things easier when the convenience store guy had no way to help me. It took 3 times longer to pick up AND return than it should have. I almost walked away from the reservation. I will not be using this app again.
Connor FUhaul messed up my reservation and sent me to the wrong location where I ended up dealing a complete jerk and that set us back about 3 hours and we ended up having to drive through what felt like a hurricane and we could have easily have lost our lives driving in that condition and weather. Negative stars from me.
Tamila KThe person working the building did not know how to check in the U-Haul, so they called somebody. They then told me to just use the mobile app to check in. The inside of the building smells like cigarette smoke because there's some kind of gaming area in the back and there were multiple people smoking in the building. I had to hold my breath while I was inside the building, and my wife commented that I smell like cigarettes after I got back in the car.
Alan SThis location should not be a drop-off location. Very disturbing part of town and felt incredibly uncomfortable. People asking for money, someone taking their clothes off, etc. Apparently, it's a U-Haul dealership however it's a convenience store.
John CAvoid this place like the plague. The guy working the counter seemed to not have any knowledge of Uhaul or how to work one. Taking the truck in during business hours I have never had to check in Uhauls or find a place to park them as the worker should know how to do all of that. This guy made me park in the spot he desired, didn't know how to take off the tow trailer so I had to do that for him too, then he made me do mobile check out taking all the pictures and submitting it cause he didn't know how to. If you are going to be Uhaul certified at least put someone with a lick of knowledge behind the counter.
Christopher CI did not receive an email telling me to use a different location and there was no way to “chock” the trailer wheel and it kept wanting to roll down the lot. I finally hooked it back up until I found a large rock to chock the wheel.

Gionnis A1. provide notification if the location of the u-haul changes 2. please provide the requested furniture moving items. i didn’t have pads a furniture dolly or anything requested, which caused me to strain myself or in the move, move more slowly, and upset my new neighbors. 3. make it clear where key access is. i had to call multiple people to figure it out and the person who ultimately gave my key told me he didn’t have it at first which was very confusing. 4. fixx your tech. my photos didn’t upload , the app was slow, didn’t work, and didn’t provide the services i needed
