This was in a very unsafe part of Atlanta surrounded by boarded up buildings. I felt very unsafe! The staff on-site could not offer any help other than telling us to use the app to process the return. However, I couldn't get a signal, so I had to call into the office to put them on notice that we returned the truck. A week later I got a call from U-Haul asking if we still had it... Apparently this location never checked it in. Unacceptable!

Stop using site or get English speaking staff. Internet service at site. It took 44 minutes to upload photos and connect. Awful customer service at site. Difficulty with online service
Gwendolyn BIt would be helpful to know ahead of time it’s only a mobile pickup and there’s no customer service present at the location. I didn’t have great cell reception so working through mobile pickup while trying to get assistance on the phone was a little difficult.
