I was not pleased that my reservation location changed last minute. It was very inconvenient to drive 45 miles out of the way to pick up. The lady at pick up was very helpful and evidently she said the U-Haul representative that helped her with my changes was helpful for her. So my recommendation is m add ke sure you can accommodate customers business and not change at last minute.
